I don't really think Arcade is going to continue past its Time Temple equivalent. Maybe I'm wrong but I would imagine covid has impacted its income a lot.
Unless they’re either just working through an existing budget or are trying to float through until better times, seems like they are putting out a decent chunk of content for it despite Covid, so it could be that the arcade whales are sufficient enough to keep it afloat even with dwindling casual numbers. When did London release? If the game wasn’t doing super financially well, I doubt they would’ve bothered to add this overarching story at that time, so not sure if that was during Covid or before Covid.

Some things about Nero. So far this has been foreshadowed for years that is Nero connection to The Whore of Babylon, that after FGO became foreshadowing for Beast Nero, but so far to difference of the rest that we know Nero doesn't seem to have some destructive form of love, at least not the normal Nero and even then the connection of Nero to the Whore of Babylon in verse was in the most slander. So do you think Innocent Monster could have turn Nero in Mother Harlot?

I don't think "Innocent Monster" could had turned her into a beast. I believe she somehow got a grail in her hands which turned her into like her as we know she used to get headaches when we used to talk about Holy Grail.
In Marie's 1st interlude, living Nero was said to be strong as a servant and didn't have headaches anymore which means she got the grail at some point there (?) and started to transform into Mother Harlot?
