So basically all research is logged in Tri-Hermes, but only public research is available to browse but there's a system in place to avoid duplication of private research? For something like that to work, they must have to log research into Tri-Hermes fairly regularly.

Luvia came later so she only appears at the end of this vol. She fells nostalgic to back door route of Great Library Aledandria that Sion, Ergo, Rin team use, located in the desert, tens of kms away.
In the previous part, Sion said that the back door is made by some thiefs once broke into Great Library and created another security system. Luvia reveals they are her ancestor who choose to challenge the Great Library. Rin is sarcastic about "the most elegant hyenas in the world" title but Luvia corrects that Edelfelts is "hunters".

Endocrine system for hormone stuff would be intriguing.
With where Fate started, I would not be the most suprised at a reproductive system based one, despite how goofy semen mages sound.
