Decided to redo one of my past servants. Very different from the old one.

    Servant info:
    Spoiler:

    Class: Rider
    Gender: Male
    Alignment: True Neutral
    Attribute: Man

    Strength: D
    Endurance: D
    Agility: C
    Mana: E
    Luck: E
    Noble Phantasm: A

    Class Skills:
    Magic Resistance: E
Cannot cancel spells, but magic damage is reduced somewhat.

    Riding: C
Grants the servant superb horseriding. In reality, Rider wasn't a great horseman; this skill was granted to him due to the fame of his equestrian statue. The skill that qualifies him for the Rider class is Voyager of the Storm.

    Personal Skills:
    Innovation - Reformation: A+
Rider viewed Russian culture and customs as outdated, and sought to modernize his country, bringing it closer to Western Europe. Plus modifiers are bestowed when facing servants who possess a high degree of Divinity or mystery, and servants who are greatly attached to tradition. These bonuses are increased even further if the enemy has a long beard.

    Voyager of the Storm: C+
Denotes the servant's talent to sail ships. Because the ability as a group leader is also necessary, this unique Skill also has the effects of both Charisma and Military Tactics. In Rider's case, the Military Tactics effect is greater, due to his training with his "Toy Army".

    Noble Phantasm

Great Oaks from Little Acorns Grow
    Saint Nicholas
    - Anti-Army, Rank A

The small botik of Rider, it is a miniature warship armed with 4 miniature cannons, given to Ivan the Terrible by Queen Elizabeth I of England in the 16th century, rediscovered by Rider in his youth. It was with this ship that he learned to sail, and it was this ship that gave him the desire to give Russia a mighty naval force; it can be said that Saint Nicholas grew to become the embodiment of Rider's infatuation with ships.

Being only a miniature, Saint Nicholas is virtually useless in combat; however, whenever Rider summons it, it is accompanied by its "fruit", the Imperial Russian Navy: 2 warships, 23 galleys and 1300 strugs (small rowing boats), as well as 4 perpetually-burning fireships. A mighty fleet, coupled with his Innovation skill Rider could face great seafaring servants of the past on equal ground at the bare minimum; against someone with high mystery such as the captain of the Gold Hind, it would be virtually impossible for him to lose... which would probably mean his defeat, actually.

    Lore
    Spoiler:
Peter Alekseyevich Romanov, more known as Peter the Great, was the Tsar of All Russia from 1682 to 1721, and Emperor of All Russia from 1721 until his death in 1725. He ruled together with his sickly brother Ivan V, who was manipulated by his sister Sophia, until 1689; Sophia was forced to become a nun, while Peter ruled and Ivan was effectively powerless, and died in 1696.

As a teenager, Peter discovered Saint Nicholas abandoned in a warehouse in his family's country residence. He had the ship restored, and began sailing with it; soon he discovered his passion for ships. He learned shipbuilding in the Netherlands, and some say he even helped to build an East Indiaman, disguised as a carpenter. His passion motivated him to seek an exit to the sea for Russia, and to create the Russian Imperial Navy.

In his quest to modernize Russia, he traveled through Western Europe, bringing all the knowledge he acquired back to his country. He encouraged the nobles to dress more like the Europeans, disencouraged arranged marriages (since, by his own experience, they brought misery to the couple), and instituted taxes for keeping long beards and wearing robes. Peter also led military campaigns against the Ottoman Empire, Sweden and Persia. Although he wasn't always successful, in the end he succeeded in increasing Russia's influence in the old continent.

As a child, Peter kept a "toy army" composed of young nobles and servants, with whom he staged battles. As they grew older, the battles became more complex, and Peter developed his military skills with them. Perhaps if a younger version of him was summoned...

When I saw the Saint Nicholas NP I immediately thought you were doing a Santa Claus sheet (and was rather confused as to the faceclaim). That's what I get for skimming to the bottom first LOL!

Christmas would certainly be way more fun if we got presents from Russian Tsars.

    Hulagu, Prince of Destruction

"Whether you hide in the heavens or on earth
    I will bring you down from the spinning spheres;
I will toss you in the air like a lion.
    I will leave no one alive in your realm;
I will burn your city and your lands and your self"

    Name: Hulagu, Ilkhan of Persia.
    Class: Lancer
    Alignment: Chaotic Good.

    STR: B
    AGI: B
    CON: B
    MGI: C
    LCK: C++
    NP: EX

    Class Skills.

    Magic Resistance.
Rank «C»: Cancel spells of a chant with two-verses or below.

    Personal Skills.

Military Tactics. Tactical knowledge used not for one-on-one combat situations, but for battles where many are mobilized.
Rank «B»: Bonus modifiers are provided during use of one's own Anti-Army Noble Phantasm or when dealing against an enemy Anti-Army Noble Phantasm.
It’s considered that Hulagu led one the largest armies of Mongols Empire. He also greatly expanded its territories, conquering much of southwest Asia.

Charisma. Natural talent to command an army. Increases the ability of allies during group battles.
Rank «B»: Suitable for a king of a country.
Despite the title “Il-khan” implying subordinate position towards Great Khan, Hulagu led his people as sovereign ruler and regarded as founder of Persian state.

Presence Detection. Ability to detect other Servants and local mana sources. In case of this Servant, it is represented by sharp intuition rather than supernatural ability. Negates effects of Presence Concealment and similar abilities.
Rank: «A++»: Capable of flawlessly detecting enemy Servants regardless of their efforts to counter this Skill.

Divinity. Measurment of Divine Spirit’s aptitude.
Rank «E»: possess some amount of Sky Deity heritage due to being grandson of Genghis khan.

    Noble Phantasms

Khar Sulde – Mark of the Conquest.
    Rank: B
    Type: Anti-Land
    Range: 99
    MRI: 1000
Black spear with strands of horse manes tied below the blade.
While it can be used as melee weapon, the power of this Noble Phantasm is used not against a single opponent, but against the battlefield itself. When Sulde is placed into ground and its true name is proclaimed, it begins to change spiritual characteristics of the land into those of Mongolian Empire, providing Hulagu with significant fame and recognition bonuses. Initially, Sulde affects area comparable to football field and can affect large city in a few days. The speed might be further increased by targeting strong leylines. The only way to stop the process is to destroy the spear.
It also has a special ability of doing additional damage to “the rulers”, however it restricted only for those who have authority over the land there fight takes place.

While Suldes were originally considered to be embodiment of the armies, fighting under them, by the times of Hulagu’s conquests their meaning changed to the symbols of imperial authority. This change in reflected in Rashid al-Din's Compendium of Chronicles who frequently refers to them as “world-conquering banners”.

Great Yassa – Will of the Great Khan: To the Last Sea.
    Rank: A+
    Type: Anti-Army
    Range: 80
    MRI: 900
The scroll with text in unknown golden letters written on it. Symbol of imperial rule given to Hulagu by Great Khan Mungke with an order to subjugate all kingdoms to the west. Since its authority over warriors is absolute, it can even bypass the boundary between life and death for a limited amounts of time, summoning a great host of spectral warriors. While individual spirit cannot match a Servant, they are still stronger than a normal human and can present danger in large numbers.
Normally, number of summoned warriors fluctuates between 2-3 thousands, however then it is used in the conquered land, it can rose to 10 000 (a single tumen or army).
The words themselves have supernatural authority, so this Noble Phantasm doesn’t rely on the magical energy of the owner, but requires some periods of recovery after extensive usage.

Historically, the Yassa was code of law, granted by Genghis khan to his descendants. While being de facto law of the Empire, it was also attributed with supernatural powers. According to the legend recorded by Armenian historian Gregory of Akants the Yassa was dictated to Genghis Khan by an angel sent by a God.

Sacking of Baghdad – Fiery Feast of Destruction
    Rank: EX
    Type: Anti-World
    Range: 99
    MRI: 1000
Three days of great slaughter. Historical event turned into Noble Phantasm. It is activated by the phrase: “You will see what God has willed.” After these words are spoken, great fire engulfs Lancer and rapidly spreads over a large territory in chaotic manner. This flame is not a regular fire, but a manifestation of destructions wrecked upon the land by Hulagu’s armies and, therefore, it affects everything – from physical components, concepts and even souls. Its destructive power is so high, that it can even affect the cultural sphere itself, causing it to collapse.
Hulagu doesn’t have precise control over the fires, but can shield his allies from it while they are in the line of sight. He can also can use it as a weapon in a manner similar to A-rank Magical Energy Burst (Flames).
There is no way to put the fire down before everything is burned (even killing Lancer wouldn’t stop it), so the only way to survive this Noble Phantasm is escape the destruction.
This Noble Phantasm can be used only once.

The aftermath of siege of Baghdad (1258) is considered to be one the most brutal carnages in human history. Some accounts estimate that up to 1 000 000 lives were lost during the 3 days, the city itself laid in ruins for centuries and never recovered its size and influence. It is also believed that Mongols obliterated the irrigation system of Mesopotamia, which sustained the region since times of Shumer, turning the birthplace of civilization into desert.

    Background

Historical figure of XIII century. Grandson of Genghis Khan, son of Tolui, general of the Mongolian Empire and founder of Persia Ilkhanate. Under the orders of his brother Mongke, the Great Khan, he lead succesful campaings against independent states of southwest Asia. Hulagu's forces were virtually unstoppable: in a few years he conquered Persia, eliminated the powerful Assassin sect, broking their grip over the politics in Middle East, sacked Baghdad and destroyed Abbasid Caliphate, conquered Syria and, according to some sources, even took the mighty city of Jerusalem. However, in 1260 the Great Khan died, and Hulagu was forced to return into Imperial Capital in order to secure political future of the Toluid faction, taking large portion of the army with him.
The remaining Mongolian forces were defeated in the Battle of Ain Jalut by Mamluks, stopping their conquest. In 1262 Hulagu returned, but his plans of future expansion were thwarted by advent of civil war, which signified the end of unified Mongolian Empire. He died in 1265, shortly after this war ended.

    Notes
A character I did for my Fate-related role-playing campaign. Since I was expecting plenty of strong characters (think of Herakles, Artoria, Iskandar and Gilgamesh) most of NPCs were quite overpowered.
Hulagu in particular acted as a mid-boss, who opposed both player’s faction and antagonists team. He is very dangerous Servant, since all his NP have large area of effect and are don't depend much from his magical energy. His abilities in one-on-one combat are subpar which is his main weakness.
Personality-wise, he was supposed to behave in heroic manner (brave, noble and dignified, treating his opponents with respect), but at the same time lacking any regard for human lives. He firmly believes that individuals (including him) don’t matter in large scheme of things and everything decided by a will of the masses and historical inertia.
Despite this, his goal was to return to the past and prevent fratricidal war between Genghisids.

I always like to see some Mongol sheets; I have wanted to make a Genghis Khan since time ago but can't think any interesting NP (summoning his army is an easy solution but kind of overdone). Lancer is an original choice though; for any Mongol my first choice would have been Archer or Rider (or both, with Double Summon or something similar).
On the other hand, except the Sack of Baghdad, these NP seem like little "Hulagu-specific".

    Class: Saber
    Alternate Class: Caster

    STR: C+
    END: D+
    AGI: C
    MGI: B
    LCK: C

    Class Skills

Magic Resistance (C+): Cancels spells two verses or shorter. Using their Noble Phantasm increases this to
the equivalent of A-rank, making Saber untouchable to modern mages, as well as physical resistance.

Riding (D): Grants basic control over mundane mounts and vehicles. Saber is not noted to have any riding talent.

    Personal Skills

Combination (B): Saber is in fact two Heroic Spirits in one container; a man and a woman. They are under the same
contract and can share memories and experiences. They are both bound together by their legend and Noble Phantasm.
However, killing or incapacitating one will put the other out of commission.

Item Construction (B+): The two Sabers are master blacksmiths and can forge weapons on par with low-level Noble
Phantasms. They can use parts of their own bodies such as hair, blood and nails to strengthen their creations.

    Noble Phantasms

    Kanshou & Bakuya~Gan-Jiang & Mo-Ye (B+, Anti-Unit)

These "married" twin swords represent yin and yang. They were crafted by Saber in Wu during the Spring and Autumn
Period of China. They are swords whose power reaches that of gods, since they are the result of using Saber's own
body and soul to meld the Essence of the Five Mountains and the Metal of the Six Heroes. Their quality as enchanted
weapons allows them to also be used as magical implements, making them useful to a Caster class Servant as well.
Because no record of what type of swords they were exists, Saber can freely change the shape and length of the swords,
    though they generally prefer the form of Chinese scimitars. The only aspect that stays consistent is their color;
Kanshou, the Yang sword is black with a tortoise shell pattern and Bakuya, the Yin sword is white with a silver haze.
Even though the husband and wife Sabers were never swordsmen in life, infusing their essences and dedicating their lives
to crafting the swords has caused them to develop a strong bond with their weapons and each other, allowing them to move
and strike in perfect sync. This Noble Phantasm is more than just the mere swords; it is Sabers' very essence that was
poured into them that allows the two independent Sabers to function as if they were a single person. It is a bond of husband
and wife, combined with the bond of the dual-wielded yin-yang swords. The two Sabers can move and fight as if in a dance,
and in battle it's as if they are a single entity wielding two swords. When a sword is thrown, it returns flying through
the air back to its twin like a boomerang. Alternatively, the sword's empty-handed wielder can instantly transport themselves
to the sword, allowing them to move through a fight quickly and attack from unpredictable angles. In addition, the swords
have a strong affinity against monsters, increasing their output to A+ against such foes and destroying them in one strike.

Kanshou & Bakuya~Lost Forge of Wu (C, Support)

The forge with which Saber created the legendary swords. Contained inside is the Essence of the Five Mountains and the Metal
of the Six Heroes, which separately can be used to forge weapons and tools on the level of E to D-rank Noble Phantasms. Using
parts of their own bodies (hair, nails, blood, etc.) Saber can strengthen them to C-rank. By sacrificing an entire person, a
weapon on par with Kanshou and Bakuya. Though they would loathe to sacrifice innocents, defeated enemies make prime materials
for forging new and possibly stronger copies of the yin-yang swords. If summoned as Caster, the forge appears as their Workshop.

    Background
Gan-Jiang and Mo-Ye were a married couple of swordsmiths who live during the Spring and Autumn Period of Chinese history King Helü
of Wu ordered them to forge a pair of swords for him in three months. However, the blast furnace failed to melt the metal. Mo Ye
suggested that there was insufficient human qi in the furnace so she sacrificed herself by throwing herself into the furnace. The
desired result was achieved after three years and the two swords were named after the couple. Gan-Jiang kept the male sword, Kanshou,
for himself and presented the female sword, Bakuya, to the king. The king was already very unpleasant since he ordered the sword
made in three months time but Gan-Jiang did not come back in three years, when he discovered Gan-Jiang had kept the male sword, he
was angered and had him killed.

Before his death, Gan-Jiang had already predicted the king's reaction, so he left behind a message for his infant son telling them
where he had hidden Kanshou. Several years later, their son Chi,learned of his parents' story. Chi was eager to avenge his father
and he sought the Kanshou Sword. At the same time, the king dreamed of a youth who desired to kill him and, in fear, he placed a
bounty on the youth's head. Chi was indignant and, filled with anguish, he started crying on his way to enact his vengeance. An assassin
found Chi, who told the assassin his story before committing suicide. The assassin was moved and decided to help Chi fulfill his quest.

The assassin severed Chi's head and brought it, along with Kanshou to the overjoyed king. The king was however uncomfortable with Chi's
head staring at him, and the assassin asked the king to have Chi's head boiled, but Chi's head was still staring at the king even after
40 days without sign of decomposing, thus the assassin told the king that he needed to take a closer look and stare back in order for the
head to decompose under the power of the king. The king bent over the cauldron and the assassin seized the opportunity to decapitate him,
his head falling into the cauldron alongside Chi's. The assassin then cut off his own head, which also fell into the boiling water. The
flesh on the heads was boiled away such that none of the guards could recognize which head belonged to whom. The guards and vassals decided
since all three should be honoured as kings (with Chi and the assassin being so brave and loyal). The three heads were eventually buried
together and the grave was called "Tomb of Three Kings".

Interesting to see a sheet for these two, considering their swords were already showcased in canon by Archer. So that part of the sheet practically writes itself although you did still add some stuff, like the owner being able to teleport directly to the corresponding sword (which you could easily justify as Archer not being able to tap into their full potential due to not actually being their true "owner"). Where does the Anti-Monster attribute come from though? Nowhere in the legend does it say anywhere that the swords were used against monsters (or used at all, really). Or was that a property they had in canon Fate (in which case it's Nasu's problem)? Combination is also a fitting Skill for them (and wow, does that open up a whole bunch of new possibilities for Servants now that it's been revealed) considering their legends are basically inseperable from one another.

Anti-Monster was something the originals had as an attribute but not the projected ones. It's Nasu's problem.

    Class: Caster
    Alignment: Chaotic Good

    Strength: E
    Endurance: D
    Agility: E
    Mana: A
    Luck: A+
    Noble Phantasm: A++

    Class skills
Item Construction: C+++ (The skill to manufacture magical items. Caster possesses a somewhat average ability -for a magus from the end of the Age of Gods- in the manufacture of most items, but if she has access to bronze implements she can turn them with ease into magical items rivaling the greatest mysteries from the Age of Gods. In particular, if given bronze bladed weapons or mirrors she can turn them into Noble Phantasm-tier items in a single day)
Territory Creation: A+ (The skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus. At this rank, creation of a "Temple", superior to a workshop, is possible. Additionally, if Caster has the support of the local people she can physically extend the territory covered by this temple, without theoretical limits)

    Personal skills
    Kidou
    The Demonic Ways
: EX (A branch of magecraft particular to Caster. It specializes in charming and manipulating large populations. At this rank, Caster can make most people loyally follow her, and she would have no difficulty in making her own country)
Shamanism: B (The manipulation of nature spirits. Caster uses an archetypical version of the autochthonous religion of Japan)
    Wakoku Tairan
    For a country by Man
    - Innovation: B (A special skill granted to heroes who brought about revolutions in their eras. As the person who almost single-handedly brought the end of the Age of Gods and the beginning of the Age of Man in her country, Caster has a high rank of this skill, concretely granting her a bonus against humans with divine character. This version of the skill is full of contradictions, Caster herself using divine powers and help during life, so it receives a rank down from the rank it should have)
    Bansei Ikkei
    The Unbroken Imperial Line
: - (The character of being member of the single, unbroken royal line that has governed the country since the Age of Gods, and thus, the character of being the rightful Emperor. Even though Caster didn't possess this skill in life nor did she use anything similar, given its fundamental nature she would be eligible to use it if summoned as a Servant, given that all her successors automatically possess it. However, since all the official chronicles since the very first ones obfuscated Caster existence, she was kept out of the official history and of the genealogical line of the imperial house, and thus has no access to this skill (given her Demonic Ways, Caster wouldn't have much use for this skill in the first place, actually))

    Noble Phantasms

    Oo-mono-nushi-no-Kami
The wife of the Serpent God

    Rank: A++
    Type: Anti-army
A divine beast of the highest rank that Caster can summon and control to her will. A monstrous eight-headed serpent that is the symbol of Caster's marriage with the Serpent God of the Mount Miwa.
It is told even now how Caster remained unmarried until her death, even after becoming ruler. Actually, the real reason for that was that she was already symbolically married to the Serpent God Oo-mono-nushi-no-Kami. And by the terms of that covenant, Caster was able to summon this monstrous serpent, that was also a part of Oo-mono-nushi-no-Kami himself, to attack her enemies. And this covenant is still valid in present times.
As a matter of fact, a divine beast of this rank should have enough power to raze entire countries, but as a side effect of Caster's Innovation skill its parameters are decreased.

    Background

    Himiko - Queen of Yamatai

Himiko (died AD 248) was the queen of Yamatai, country that ruled a confederation of the many petty countries that populated the Japanese archipelago before her rule, and that was the basis of what would later become the Imperial Japan; and she herself is the oldest known individual in Japanese history. The Chinese chronicles tell of how there were thirty countries in the land of Wa (their name for Japan), and of how after a massive war lasting 80 years the people elected Himiko of Yamatai, who was only 14 at the time, as the queen of the whole of Wa. She remained single and had no contact with the exterior world, being served by a hundred female attendants, and his brother being in charge of the worldly matters; after her death, a monumental mound burial over 200 meters long was built for her (the first of such scale in the archipelago), and then the country fell in disarray again, until a girl called Iyo was made queen.
Himiko was famed for her magic, ruling the country through her "
    kidou
    demonic ways
"; she also was an active diplomat, sending embassies to the kingdom of Wei in China, and receiving one hundred valuable bronze mirrors in exchange.
Since in their attempt to establish a patrimonial ruling house the official chronicles omit any mention of Himiko, her identity (and Yamatai identity as well) is a matter of debate even now. However, a theory states that her brother was the Emperor Sujin (ruling in the second half of the 3rd century), whose aunt, Yamato-totohi-momoso-hime-no-Mikoto, was, according to the official chronicles, a renowned shaman, and as she was married to the Serpent God of the sacred Mount Miwa she remained single; eventually, however, she offended the god, so in shame she killed herself with a pair of chopsticks, and was buried in the Hashihaka ("chopsticks") mound burial, the oldest monumental burial of its kind in Japan.

Though the above theory connects Himiko with the imperial house, her existence contradicts the existence of all Emperors before Sujin (that is, the first nine ones). It is now believed that these first nine Emperors were invented by the chroniclers in an attempt to extend the imperial house's history and thus raising its legitimacy. However, it could be that they actually lived in a world order completely different from ours, a world order that was then retroactively replaced by a new one; the order of the Age of Gods, for example. If so, the 80 years war that plagued the country of Wa could have been the death spasms of the old order, as it resisted being replaced by the new one; a replacement that might have been brought about by Himiko herself.

This one has an original interpretation of the character and her background, which I think fits with the Nasuverse cosmology though (or at least with a fan theory I have seen here). Also, this way it's compatible with Emperor Jimmu, that I had done a while back.

Well, it's a bit hard to find the legend for these classes in Mongolian folklore. It seems like since bows and horses are pretty very mundane things for traditional Mongols, they don't really have anything legendary associated with them.

On the other hand, except the Sack of Baghdad, these NP seem like little "Hulagu-specific".
Yeah. In my opinion, they should be standart gear for all notable Genghisid conquerors (Batu Khan, Kublai khan, Khaidu and all others). Though I entertained with idea for them having different qualities in different hands. Like, Hulagu is mostly known for his military victories, so he can summon soldiers, Kublai Khan is more known as a ruler, so he has limited amount of Command Spells etc.

I'm pretty sure you can't have more than one Servant with the same Noble Phantasm (although if they have different effects/legends they might qualify as "distinct" even if they're physically the same object).

They are not physically the same. There were different copies of Yassa which belognged to Genghisids, and each of them had his own sulde, but all of them similiar conceptually. I picture it in similiar way to Knights of Round Table: many of them had ''Excaliburs''.

The S/F Saber's NP is Excalibur. He was even summoned because the dude summoning him was trying to get Arthur.

What do you mean "many of the Knights of the Round Table had Excaliburs"? Sure, Gawain had a variant but it was just that, a variant and had a different name and effect despite the similarities. The only Servant I can think of who really had an exact replica of another Servant's NP (excluding EMIYA and Gilgamesh, or Scáthach who for all we know her Gae Bolg might have a different effect then Chu's) was Richard the Lionheart from Strange Fake, who probably only got away with an Excalibur-replica due to being summoned in a "fake" War. Otherwise even if he built a copy of Excalibur (which he actually did historically) it wouldn't matter because it wouldn't have any of the power of mystery behind the actual sword wielded by King Arthur. It'd be just a cosplay weapon, basically.

Looks like I was Ninja'ed. Asterism42 already brought up Richard (Strange Fake's Saber) while I was still in the middle of composing my post. He's definitely not one of the Knights of the Round though.

Huh? Who else had Wickerman as a NP? Or are you just saying that because the wicker man was just a part of Celtic culture rather then anything to do with Cu's own legend, other Celtic Servants could theoretically have it too. That's fair enough, and giant rampaging wicker man does seem like an awfully generic and uninspired NP for Caster!Cu. (Then again, a fair number of GO's NPs were weird/generic/unfitting, like Mephistopheles's centipede bomb or Marie's spectral crystal horse... thing). Still though, saying that other Celtic Servants would be able to have it as well is pure speculation as of yet.
