For comedy's sake, I'd say a laid-back personality would work better. Although it could be easily incorporated, like, he never truly finishes anything also because he's so easily distracted by any new idea.

Yeah, that's the only "mystery" there is about him. Not good.
Is true "mystery" required?
Can't servants be any famous individual?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but people like Gilles de Rais didn't have 'mystery', and neither did Alexander, nor Emperor Nero, nor Solomon Ibn Gabirol, nor Shakespeare, nor Hans Christian Anderson.
Simply, we can handwave anyone as Servant as long as they don't belong to Modern Fiction.
Fame is more or less the only requirement, yeah. It's not like mystery really means anything anyway.
Inb4 Hitler summoned as an Anti-Hero.
For some Jeanne D'Arc is really a voice hearing loony which in early 20th century would be subjected to electroshock therapy, sat baths and colonic irrigation with yoghurt, instead of being burnt on stake.
For others she is a saint.
It counts she is famous.
I'm not even entirely sure how to respond to that.
You know, there is also Super Aryan 3 Hitler in Legend of Koizumi:
Still, the hero gathered power of Japanese nationa- patriotism and owned SA3 Hitler, with some help from ghosts of Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin who trained him beforehand.
<NEW FIC!> Revolution #9: Somewhere out there, there's a universe in which your mistakes and failures never happened, and all you wished for is true. How hard would you fight to make that real?

Inb4 Inglorious Bastards is Solomon's NP.
I... probably got some stuff wrong here, given how little information there is on this guy. I'm not even sure why I decided to make him specifically; just felt like making a Servant I guess.
Class: Caster
Name: Olonicus
Gender: Male
Parameters:
Strength: D (B)
Agility: C (A)
Endurance: E
Mana: B (A)
Luck: E (D)
NP: C
Skills:
Item Creation: A+
Territory Creation: C
Charisma: C (A)
Military Tactics: E
Druidic Craft: A+: A form of ritual magic involving the sacrifice of creatures and unity with Gaia. By using the spilt blood of something that was ritually sacrificed, powerful effects may be enacted; naturally, the sacrifice of a human allows for more powerful spells. This magic can be very powerful, but the rituals are too lengthy to be reasonably cast in combat. Its ability with bounded fields, divination, and item creation cannot be understated however.
Noble Phantasm:
Gae Assail -- The Spirits of All is Won (C, Support)
When Olonicus prayed to the gods and requested a silver knife with which to perform a ritual sacrifice, he was granted a silver spear instead. Spear in hand, he convinced the entirety of the Celtic tribes to follow him in battle against the Romans, presenting himself as the great hero chosen by the gods. As a result, this Phantasm is a ritual implement, a weapon of a hero, and a symbol of a general. Simply holding it increases his Charisma by two Ranks. However, this is not the true strength of the Phantasm.
The spear granted to him was the spear wielded by Lugh himself, Gae Assail. It was the spear that Lugh used to slay Balor, and according to myth contained the same power as Balor's monstrous eye. In truth, the ability is somewhat weaker, being only able to target "life" instead of "death;" furthermore, accessing such a power in a casual manner is beyond the abilities of one such as Olonicus. Olonicus may only invoke this Phantasm while performing a ritual sacrifice, in the moment before he would kill the sacrifice. Doing so reveals to Olonicus the "Point of Life" on the targets body that binds the soul together. The body of the sacrifice disintegrates, and the entirety of its existence becomes Prana. This release of power is far beyond what would normally be obtained from the death of the targeted creature, and may be placed either into a single spell, cast at the moment of the Noble Phantasm's use, or be taken into the spear. If the latter is done, the absorbed Prana increases Olonicus' own Parameters so long as Gae Assail is in hand. The amount of the increase is initially negligible, but as more sacrifices are made, Strength and Agility may increase by a maximum of two ranks, and Mana and Luck may increase by a maximum of one rank. A spell cast using Gae Assail will also have its rank increased by one.

We knew the forum would not be the same. A few people , a few people , most people were . I remembered the line from the Nasu scripture, the Fate/Complete Material... "Now, I am become Death, the derailer of threads."
I know next to nothing about Celtic heroes but I like the Druid magic idea.
