I know that story and I think you might be making things too complicated for yourself. Said sword had the power of bursting into flames if the one who draws it from its scabbard was a worthy man. However, it was noted on the legend that nobody was sure exactly what exactly the term "worthy" meant in this case.

Now here is the catch: during the parties that he hosted, the original owner of the sword would often "generously" present (as in show, not give away) it to his guests and invite them to draw it. Since its definition of worthy was too vague, nobody had the courage to actually pull out the sword - for this would mean risking brand themselves as "unworthy" in public. So, everyone simply turned down the offer and returned the sword to the original owner.

On another note, I would like to once again ask for feedbacks on my latest work. I'm particularly worried whatever the NPs seem reasonable to you all...

Eh, it seems to be fine. Beowulf is Beowulf, so the skills look fairly sensible, if a bit standard, and Hrunting does what it always does with these NPs. Naegling is also pretty much how I always see that particular NP done, as a "use it as a Broken Phantasm and it gets super strong" thing.

Heredot is the only particularly attention-grabbing thing, and I quite like it. Does it replicate all of the Skills/NPs of the opponent, or only ones that are specifically theirs, and does it replicate weapon or object NPs, or just conceptual/technique ones like God Hand? Either way it seems reasonably cool.

Now this guy... after all the Red Dragon and Garden of Avalon stuff that's happened recently, and because Reiu asked really nicely, Swallow became a Saber.

I debated whether to put him here or in Modern Fiction CAS, but given how I've tried to work him into the Nasuverse in the story and he's practically a TM character anyway, he ended up here.

    Swallow Cratsvalley
    Child of the Curse

    Class: Saber
    Alternate Classes: Lancer, Rider, Berserker
    Alignment: Lawful Good

    Parameters:
    Strength: D++
    Endurance: D++
    Agility: E+
    Magic: C
    Luck: C

    Background

The Cratsvalley family. A wealthy, powerful family known across the Twilight World for their holdings in any number of mystical economies and their political power, once upon a time. However, their fortunes have folded, the age and mystery of the family accumulating to the point where it bears down oppressively, threatening to crush the family’s name forever if even a slight problem were to emerge.

Saber was not a slight problem.

He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, and that spoon was then used to spoonfeed him everything he could possibly need throughout his childhood. Quite literally, in fact, thanks to a destructive curse that exhibited itself in Saber more strongly than it ever had before in any other member of the Cratsvalley lineage who had inherited it. Anything that he touched was instantly destroyed, and trying to find anyone who could remove the “death” of an object so that the curse could not destroy it was a costly endeavour. So, for most of his childhood, Saber was kept in confinement, his arms manacled so that his damage could be minimised. Often he would cause trouble by escaping, and he was able to see the world outside his mansion, the suffering of the poor and those who possessed nothing. Hollow people who resonated with him more strongly than any of the nobles who surrounded him.

In the end, at his insistence, Saber’s family purchased a half-breed servant to assist him, a girl who he considered the most precious thing in the world, for to him she was unchanging and immortal, a singular indestructible object in an all too fragile world. Throughout his teenage years, Saber whiled away the days as a noble scion, adoring his maid idly, while taking tutelage from a magus who saw in him some of the danger of Magic that her own sister carried. From his tutor Swallow learned a great many philosophical and metaphysical concepts, before promptly forgetting them again.

For a short time, Saber abandoned his tutelage and his family to go and work for the Church, as he had become inspired by them and turned to faith in hopes of resolving his curse. But, learning the true ways of the Church after being conscripted into one of their heretical agencies, the teenaged Saber returned home, to find his family in strife. The family fortune was vanishing, and his relationships became strained. After a shocking revelation regarding his servant’s capacity for change and mortality, Saber became disillusioned and fled once more to the Church, before trying a number of occupations in life. All were thwarted by his destructive curse, but during his time away from home his former servant was kidnapped and mortally wounded. Saber pursued her and discovered her in the “lair of a dragon”, though by now all dragons had long since retreated from this World.

Desperate and alone, Saber cried out for his friend’s life, willing to give anything, his whole estate even, if he could save her. The World responded, and a contract was formed. In exchange for becoming a Counter Guardian upon his death, Saber’s servant was saved. Life went back to normal for several years, until the World called upon him to handle a threat that was approaching. Saber was to receive the training of the Black Dragon, but unfortunately the dragon no longer existed in this realm. In order to facilitate Saber’s side of the contract, the world transported him to the Backside of the World, where he was able to train for a year among the dragons and become a fully fledged Dark Dragon Knight.

Sent back home, he embarked on a grand adventure, and achieved great things. In the end he passed away, though whether it was part of this quest or not remains lost to history. One day, perhaps, the full story of the Red Dragon will be known to all, but until that time Saber remains coy about exactly what happened to the band of six adventurers who went after the Red Dragon.

    Class Skills

    Magic Resistance

Grants protection from magical effects. Capable of cancelling spells altogether instead of simply rejecting prana, at a high enough rank.

    • C: Resistance gained through becoming a Dark Dragon Knight, it will cancel spells up to Two-Aria length.

    Riding
The ability to ride animals or control vehicles with sure, steadfast skill.

    • D: No exceptional level of skill is displayed while riding a steed, but Saber is a trained Dark Dragon Knight and is capable of riding any animal or vehicle short of a Phantasmal Beast with at least competent levels of skill.

    Personal Skills

    Draconic Arts

Through a contract with a member of the Dragonkind, the mythical Draconic Arts have been attained. Essentially an application of reinforcement magecraft through alternate methods that would not be considered traditional Thaumaturgy, it strengthens the body and provides access to unique skills. Perhaps Prana Burst [Dragon] would be a better name?!

    • A: Saber’s training as a Dark Dragon Knight has raised him to Level 4 Draconic Arts competency. Aside from a constant low-level regeneration effect, the Arts allow temporary addition of the displayed Plus Modifiers to the Physical Parameters, as well as methods to emulate combat-relevant skills such as Clairvoyance or Instinct. However, the Black Spot branded into his left leg as a sign of his Contract is his weak point, as if it is substantially damaged or removed the Contract becomes void and his Parameters, Skills and Noble Phantasms suffer as a result.

    Dark Communion
Due to the circumstances involved, a contract of darkness intended to be between two parties was linked to a third party as well. As a result, the possessor’s Master gains some of the benefits of the shared contract.

    • A: Saber’s pact with the Black Dragon flows back to his Master, raising all of the Master’s Parameters one rank, to a minimum of Rank E. In addition, the Master gains access to the Draconic Arts skill and the Black Blade Noble Phantasm, though with somewhat-reduced performance. However, in return, any time his Master would be injured Saber receives that injury instead.

    Discernment of the Poor
Insight to see through the opponent's character and attribute.

    • E++: A rich man who has lived a luxurious life and yet was never able to possess anything. Though the wealthy cannot normally attain this, it appears his curse has revealed this skill’s purpose! Saber is an idiot and so he does not consciously examine others or see through their lies and layers, but he has an intrinsic understanding of life itself that others cannot discern. Because of this, all Saving Throws are doubled.

    Foolish Fate
The unavoidable instinct of choosing the fate that brings forth most misery. While it attracts, by nature, misfortune upon the Servant, it also applies to those around him when possessed at higher ranks.

    • C: A more suitable name for this skill in regards to Saber would be Foolish Mind. Due to his own foolish behaviour he accepted a contract that vastly shortened his own life, and he has also been saddled with the troublesome Curse of Pulverisation his whole life. However, his kind-hearted, idiotic mindset and his insights into the troublesome problem of being human may yet allow him to overcome this fate, or at least accept it with a smile.

    Curse of Pulverisation
    Curse of Consumption

    Type: Anti-Purpose
    Rank: A
    Range: 0
    Targets: 1

A curse borne occasionally by some descendants of the Cratsvalley lineage, but expressed most strongly by Saber, this curse is so strong it has manifested visibly in the blackening occurring on his forearms. In its simplest form it is described as a “curse of pulverisation” that destroys anything Saber touches with his hands. However, in truth it is not “pulverisation” but “consumption”, allowing any object handled to achieve the purpose of its’ existence. Once an object has achieved the purpose it was meant for it no longer has any use and thus becomes pointless, and so it crumbles away from existence.

Long assumed to be a result of mixed-blood heritage from the oni or youkai of Japan, the esoteric experts who studied Saber in his youth eventually concluded that he was a rare case of someone experiencing Inversion Impulse while simultaneously exhibiting an esper power that amplified the destructive nature of the demons’ blood within the Cratsvalley veins. However, this is a false conclusion, an error brought about by the limited knowledge of those who cannot see the World for what it truly is. In actuality, the Curse of Pulverization could be said to be a magical affliction, a spontaneous manifestation of an aspect of the Fifth Magic, Blue. The Fifth Magic utilises time travel to avoid the consequences of conservation of energy, drawing power from the future to utilise in the now. In a similar manner to how use of Blue leaves the future barren and dead because the energy has already been consumed, so too does this curse draw upon all of the future “purpose” of an object to be consumed in a singular instance. By destroying the future to consume it in the present, this potent curse could be said to be the “embodiment of human nature” while also being an “affliction of modernity”.

The wanton destructiveness of the curse is not metaphysically notable, but the methods it utilises and what it truly represents is noted by the Black Dragon to be exceptionally interesting, while the Magician who would occasionally stop by to try to tutor Saber and render another day-to-day household item indestructible to his curse found him both a fascinating case study and an irritating copycat, simply because of the nature of his curse. Despite all this, it is a curse Saber would not give up for anything, because it is humanity’s curse to bear and the quality of destruction it bears only makes everything more beautiful and precious to Saber.

In practical terms, an object handled by Saber will perform its purpose three times greater than it normally would, and is then destroyed. Everyday life can be something of a serious issue for Saber, as he cannot pick up things without destroying them completely. Regular attacks using a weapon and his ordinary Rank D Strength will deal triple damage, being equivalent to attacks from a Servant with Rank A Strength, or even Rank A++ Strength if he is already boosting his Parameters with his Draconic Arts. Of course, the weapon will be lost afterwards. Because of this Saber carries with him ten swords that bear various attributes, but once they have been used up it is up to his Master to provide him with more weapons that he can use. Really, this Saber is an expensive and troublesome Servant!

    Black Blade
Black Wave of the Black Dragon

    Type: Anti-Fortress
    Rank: A
    Range: 1-33
    Targets: 1-330

One of the more extraordinary Draconic Arts possessed by a skilled Dark Dragon Knight, Black Blade is a channeled burst of darkness composed of draconic prana emitted from the tip of a swung blade. In effect, it is a wave-beam sword slash, though it does not have extraordinary range due to the beam dispersing into harmless prana after a certain distance. However, if the Dark Dragon Knight has enhanced his Parameters to the maximum using his Draconic Arts, in a state known as "True Pact", the Rank of this skill becomes A++, while the maximum range and number of targets is tripled, to become a truly destructive beam of devestation that can carve a stone giant the size of a small mountain in half. In such a state the Black Blade can be considered to rival the greatest swords seen in any Age upon this planet, past or still to come.

Thanks to an odd interaction with his other Noble Phantasm, Saber’s Black Blade is automatically enhanced by his Curse of Pulverization and so it achieves its’ purpose better than any other Dark Dragon Knight’s Black Blade possibly could. In the hands of someone else who can use the Draconic Arts, the Black Blade is a Rank C Anti-Army Noble Phantasm, with range 1-10 and a maximum of 100 targets. Just like Saber though, range and targets are tripled while using the True Pact, and the attack becomes a Rank B Anti-Fortress attack.

So the first Prime Minister of my country just passed away, and this is just my small way of keeping his legacy alive. Hope you guys like it.

    RULER

    Spirit: Lee Kuan Yew

    Alignment: Lawful Neutral

    Parameters:
    Strength: D
    Endurance: E
    Agility: E
    Mana: D
    Luck: B
    Noble Phantasm: B (A+++)

    Class Skills:

    Magic Resistance: B-
Cancels spells with a chant below three verses. However, if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, there is a chance he may be affected. The Ruler class container should, in normal circumstances, have a higher rank of Magic Resistance – however, Ruler himself never encountered magecraft during his lifetime and never learnt basic methods of defending himself against magical attacks, reducing the effectiveness of this skill.

    True Name Discernment: B+
Status information such as the true identity, Skill and Parameters is automatically revealed when directly encountering Servants. In conjunction with the effect of Eye for Politics, the aftereffects of Noble Phantasms used that are related to political figures that existed before Ruler’s lifetime may also reveal the true identity of the Servant which used them. However, when encountering Servants with the ability to hide, a luck roll is needed in order for this skill to bypass the hiding ability.

    God’s Resolution: A (A+++)
The highest privilege that the Ruler class container provides. 2 command spells are manifested on Ruler’s body for every Servant that is participating in the current war. The command spells can be used in conjunction with From Third World to First in order to back up orders to Servants with not only the authority of the Command Spells of the Holy Grail, but also the backup of The Planet.

    Personal Skills:

    Charisma: B (A)
Suitable for a king of a country. Long after he stepped down as his country’s leader, Ruler still commanded affection and respect from much of the country he founded.
When summoned in Singapore, or under the effect of From Third World to First, the fame boost allows Ruler to rank-up this skill, and in these lands/conditions can be said to have achieved the greatest level of popularity as a human being.

    Eye for Politics: B
If Ruler happens to see a Noble Phantasm that possess political anecdotes, there is a strong chance that he might be able to figure out its true name. In life, Ruler was respected and world-renowned for his deep insights on the political issues both past and present.

    People’s Action Party – Innovation: B (A)
Innovation - a special skill granted to heroes who brought about revolutions in their eras. This is the version possessed by Ruler, a conceptual revolution of subjecting chaos and corruption with law and order. The skill is crowned with the name of the Party he founded, and till this very day the members wear full white uniforms as a symbol of clean governance – reminding them that once white is sullied with corruption, it will become nigh-impossible to clean again.
It grants modifiers leaning more in one's favour the higher the opponent's rank in Nature of a Rebellious Spirit or Mental Pollution, or the more that opponent is a Heroic Spirit who is of chaotic alignment or has a history of moral corruption. Thanks to it, Ruler has a strong advantage over Heroic Spirits and Noble Phantasms with chaotic alignments or were involved in exploitation and corruption. However, it has no power over Heroic Spirits of the lawful alignment, or those who were never corrupt or exploitative in their lifetimes. The effects of this skill are stronger when Ruler is summoned in Singapore, or when under the effect of From Third World to First.

    Imperial Privilege: - (C)
An ability that, due the insistence of the owner, Skills that are essentially impossible to possess can be obtained for a short period of time at C rank or lower.
Ruler does not normally have access to this skill. However, when summoned in Singapore, or while under the effects of From Third World to First, this skill becomes available to him due to the collective mental image of Singaporeans that “Prime Minister Lee can do anything for Singapore”. The skills that can be obtained this way, however, are limited to the “mundane” skills that non-magecraft users can acquire.
For Ruler, the relevant skills are Bravery, Chinese Martial Arts, Discernment of the Poor, Eye of the Mind (True), and Military Tactics

Pioneer of the Stars: - (C)
The unique Skill given to heroes that became turning points in human history, granted to Ruler for the feat of turning his country from a resource-less trading port into a major modern financial centre, a feat many considered impossible for the small city-state. Difficult challenges that would be considered “impossible” turn into “events that can be realised” as long as Ruler receives backup from at least 4 other Heroic Spirits.
Ruler does not normally have access to this skill. However, when summoned in Singapore, or while under the effects of From Third World to First, this skill becomes available to him due to the collective mental image of Singaporeans that “Prime Minister Lee can achieve anything for Singapore”. As Ruler made most of his impact only in Singapore, the skill does not display the full power and rank granted for heroes who made truly world-altering effects on the course of human history.

    Noble Phantasms

Defamation SuitJustice Preserves the Reputation of the Lawful
    Rank: C
    Type: Anti-Unit
    Range: 1
    Maximum number of targets: 1

“Most libels, and I have taken about 30 actions, take place at election time. It has not stuck because I am prepared to go before a court, stand in the witness box and face the most aggressive of lawyers who can cross-examine me on my personal history... The same law applies to me. Nobody has sued me for libel because I do not defame my enemies.”

A fearsome weapon wielded in life against his opponents, Ruler’s favourite and most well-known weapon has been sublimed into this Noble Phantasm. Physically, the Noble Phantasm manifests as a stack of legal papers within the red work briefcase that Ruler carries. To activate the Noble Phantasm, the papers must be served to the target, and the effects of the Noble Phantasm will manifest, bearing the concept of “Justice That Protects the Lawful” and bring the target to trial. The trial takes place within the target’s mind as a defamation suit filed by Ruler against the target, taking place in only minutes in the real world.

If the trial is concluded in Ruler’s favour, a random Noble Phantasm will be taken from the target by Ruler as the legal fees and damages for the trial and rendered unusable by the target until Ruler’s death or until Ruler voluntarily relinquishes the Noble Phantasm. If there are no Noble Phantasms to take, items taken in order of priority will include Personal Skills, Class Skills, and Parameter Ranks.

As the Noble Phantasm is conceptual in nature, the only ways to resist the effects of Defamation Suit are:

    1. Have a Lawful alignment, which prevents the Noble Phantasm from activating
    2. Hold no ill-will towards Ruler, which increases the target’s success rate of defending him/herself in the trial
    3. Have a legal background, which increases the target’s success rate of defending him/herself in the trial
    4. Activating the Noble Phantasm in a land which does not have strong judiciary systems or laws against defamation, which weakens the base concept of Defamation Suit and reduces Ruler’s success rate of winning the trial

Note that anything taken by Ruler via the use of this Noble Phantasm cannot actually be used by Ruler, as he is merely confiscating them. This Noble Phantasm will always succeed against non-Lawful alignment targets if used in Singapore.

Patriot’s DutyIf I Feel Something is Going Wrong, I Will Get Up from My Grave
    Rank: B
    Type: Anti-Unit (Self)
    Range: -
    Maximum number of targets: 1

“Even from my sick bed, even if you are going to lower me into the grave and I feel something is going wrong, I will get up.”

In life, Ruler was once famously said, “Even from my sick bed, even if you are going to lower me into the grave and I feel something is going wrong, I will get up.”. This quote, which gave birth to the legend of Ruler rising from the grave to fight off threats to his country has spread around the world, gave rise to this Noble Phantasm, representing the belief shared by many of Ruler’s countrymen that he will indeed, one day, return to Singapore from death should the need arise.

The activation conditions for Patriot’s Duty are:

    1. There is rule-breaking occurring in the Great Holy Grail War, or in the general area in which he is summoned
    2. Ruler’s HP is reduced to at least zero, but his soul has not been sent back to the Holy Grail or the Throne of Heroes yet.

When these two conditions are met, depending on the extent of rule-breaking occurring, there is a chance that Ruler will instantly be revived back to full HP, while removing all debuffs (if present) on him – a full resurrection Noble Phantasm that allows Ruler to become almost functionally immortal before removing all threats to the Great Holy Grail War.

Incidentally, attempts to kill Ruler by any Servants are automatically regarded as the strongest form of rule-breaking possible, and will 100% activate the resurrection provided by Patriot’s Duty.

From Third World to FirstThe Singapore Story
    Rank: A+++
    Type: Anti-Country
    Range: 1-99
Maximum number of targets: 5.4 million (as of 2015)

"I did some sharp and hard things to get things right. Maybe some people disapproved of it… but a lot was at stake and I wanted the place to succeed, that's all. At the end of the day, what have I got? A successful Singapore. What have I given up? My life."

Crowned with the name of the country he founded and the achievements that he made possible there, this Noble Phantasm is at once the crystallisation of Ruler’s heroic legend, as well as the representation of his inner self, the drive to do anything and everything to ensure the continued development, prosperity and success of Singapore – thus the Noble Phantasm takes the form of something close to a Reality Marble. When activated, a new World manifests over the current location - Ruler and his allies stand upon the shores of an island, with gleaming modern skyscrapers and buildings in the background, while his enemies are transported to land across the waters from the island, surrounded by slums, squalor and filth. A causeway manifests to allow battle between Ruler, his allies, and his enemies.

Within the Noble Phantasm, Ruler is treated as being in Singapore, "on the land he founded and developed", and gains the skills Charisma (A), Innovation (A), Imperial Privilege (C) and Pioneer of the Stars (C), as well as receiving the maximum amount of fame boost to his parameters. The concept of “Ruler providing his country with development and prosperity” are applied to Ruler and his allies, causing their parameters to be raised over time by an effect similar to the Planet’s backup to Ultimate Ones until their parameters are at least one rank higher than their enemy parameters. In addition, for every 2 additional minutes they spend within the Noble Phantasm a “+” modifier will be added to a random skill/parameter. Conversely, enemies receive a “-“ modifier to a random skill/parameter for every 2 minutes they spend within the Noble Phantasm, as they are affected from having to live in the slums and squalor from areas not enlightened by the rule of Ruler.

The exception to the rules of buffs and debuffs are skills, parameters, and Noble Phantasms of EX-rank. Fundamentally, From Third World to First is unable to affect anything of EX-rank, as they generally represent power and authority that are derived from something beyond the understanding of modern humans, due to the legend behind the Noble Phantasm having its source in modern times. This does not mean that Ruler has no power over Servants with EX-rank parameters or Noble Phantasms - other stats are fully able to be affected by From Third World to First, which may render them unable to display or use whatever skills or abilities that are still at EX-rank.

Furthermore, in conjunction with the Ruler class container's highest privilege God's Resolution, From Third World to First can be used to power-up the Command Spells that Ruler uses on Servants within the Noble Phantasm, empowering commands with not only the authority of the Command Spell, but the pseudo-Planetary backup provided by the Noble Phantasm. This drastically increasese the power that Ruler can provide to (or remove from) Servants within From Third World to First, and such commands can even instantly overpower Servants with rank A+++ in Magic Resistance.

As Ruler was never a magus in life, under the normal course of events Ruler is unable to provide the necessary prana cost to manifest this Noble Phantasm. With the backup of the Greater Grail, Ruler is able to manifest From Third World to First once, expending his entire spiritual core in the process of doing so and sacrificing himself (permanently). However, if summoned in Singapore, the land where this miracle was originally manifested (and still exists to this day), backup from the fame, belief and land of Singapore will allow Ruler to use this Noble Phantasm multiple times without significant prana cost.

EDIT: As a request, here's what his stats would be under the effect of the fame boost/noble phantasm.

Saber was not a slight problem.

He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, and that spoon was then used to spoonfeed him everything he could possibly need throughout his childhood. Quite literally, in fact, thanks to a destructive curse that exhibited itself in Saber more strongly than it ever had before in any other member of the Cratsvalley lineage.

    • C: Saber’s training as a Dark Dragon Knight has raised him to Level 4 Draconic Arts competency. Aside from a constant low-level regeneration effect, the Arts allow temporary addition of the displayed Plus Modifiers to the Physical Parameters, as well as methods to emulate combat-relevant skills such as Clairvoyance or Instinct.

    Rank: A
    Range: 0
    Targets: 1

A curse borne by all descendants of the Cratsvalley lineage, but expressed most strongly by Saber, this curse is so strong it has manifested visibly in the blackening occurring on his forearms.

Because of this Saber carries with him 5 swords that bear various attributes, but once they have been used up it is up to his Master to provide him with more weapons that he can use.

Cheers, and here's to hoping for a dawn to the era of Red Dragon name recognition. I'll look forward to a Meryll if you ever decide to make one for her. Or Lou, for that matter!

I think I've heaped plenty of praises on this already in the RD thread, so I'll refrain here. Vagrant is certainly not exaggerating when he said the following, though:

Meryll stands a good chance at being done, though I should probably pick someone special for Servant Sheet #50, so she's probably going to end up waiting a short while.

As soon as the backyard sheets for Lou are translated, I can work on him. I need to re-read all of the Red Dragon campaign summaries and even then the Backyard notes are more valuable for sheet creation.

S-sorry to say, but the Backyard Notes are a Nasu thing. Meaning they only exist for Swallow and Meryll, and what I've posted in the thread is pretty much all of it translated already. :/

The Character Book should prove helpful, though, so look forward to that, I guess? The anime might bring new material, too.

And it's a pity that more of the sessions aren't translated, since there's a lot of development for Swallow (and Meryll) through them too.

Oh yeah, speaking of Swallow, you missed the chance to give him a bounded field! (I translated it as "Domain of Darkness," but the word "Domain" is the same one as the one translated as "bounded field," hur)

Hrm, okay. I'll make do with what I can and update the sheet as I get more info, same as with Swallow.

I saw that one, and thought the darkness thing was cool, but I figure if anyone asks he can just do it using Draconic Arts, even if technically it's not in the description. Orz.

Wall posts are VMs. You should still be able to see your PMs, I think?

(If not, your answer to this will give you another legitimate post on the way to the tenth).

I can see PMs, but I can't see any option about wall posts at all...? Or maybe I'll try and have a look again.

I don't know if all this confusion is deliberate but thanks for making it easier for him to reach 10 posts luster

I appreciate it, guys. I'm generally a lurker, anyway, but I guess I'll post a little bit more to get up to 10.

The idea came up in a discussion with a friend (so some credit should go to him too!), and I built the hero concept around a Ruler who can't really attack or be physically threatening, but would have a skillset revolving around the absolute authority of Ruler in enforcing rules in a Great Holy Grail War. It fits with the in-universe rule as well that Rulers can only be selected from people who don't have a wish to make on the Grail.
