Thanks to the power of the Grail, these great titans have been given new life, allowing Augustus to field an army of Noble Phantasm wielding Dinosaurs.

I think Augustus would fit the Ruler class best, though, maybe coupled with Rider.

But the dinosaurs don't know how to operate Noble Phantasms. Neither do they have the sufficient dexterity, or opposable thumbs to.
He should get skeleton warriors to do that. The dinosaurs could be the siege animals. Either that, or replace their teeth and/or claws with NPs.

Somehow or another, I ended up interpreting that chart as the relative strengths of the class containers, which would get modified by the Heroic Spirit's "ideal" stats, master affinity, and fame boost.
And in that light, I think the Berserkers having what would normally be considered Saber-class stats pre-Mad Enhancement speaks to just how ridiculous those two are.
TRUE NAME: King Gesar (full name is Abai Lin Gesar Sartaktai Khubun Mergen Bogdo-han Norbu Dradul Gere Shinden).
Class: Can be summoned in any class, besides Assassin (or probably Berserker). This sheet concerns him as being summoned into Caster class.
Legend.
Titular character of King Gesar's epic cycle very popular among nations of Central Asia (such as Tibetans, Mongols and native people of Siberia). As a result many separate versions of the epic exist and there is no canonical variant.
According to most of them some terrible disaster happened: some speak of war between gods (Tengers), other about some evil witch who used her dying breath to summon army of demons, but as a result humanity was driven into dark age. Many succumbed to various demonic lords and becamse worhshippers of monsters, many were killed and the things were groom. Seeing this, the gods ans celestial figures decided that one of them should be born amongst humans as divine hero to purge the land and restore universal order.
The god (son of the Sky God Khormusta Tenger, chief god of mongolian native pantheon) although some sources call him offspring of Indra or even Brahma of Hindu mythology) was choosen and was born among men. In childhood he was know as Joru (the Ugly One) or Nyurgai (literally, Little Stinker) and was feared and hated for being unnaturaly different from his people: his skin was white as paper, his eyes may've change colors etc.), but even when he exterminated few demons which inhabitated the area.
When Joru grow older he succesfully became king of Ling by winning a horse race (it's claimed that victor of this race is choosen by gods to be a king). After that he assumed his true form and name and became known as King Gesar, and battled many threat to his people both natural and supernatural. His most noticeable deeds are*:
1. Destruction of 18 Great Fortresses (although total number of fortresses described in songs about him is close to 70).
2. Defeat of Four Great Demon Kings of Four Directions.
3. Killing of Great Beasts born of evil god body.
4. Travel to Hell and back for his mother's soul.
Basically it's some sort of mix between Heracles (divine origin+monster hunter) and King Arthur (kingship by competition+military exploits).

King Gesar is described as unwavering person in his epic. Even when he faced of such adversaries as Evil God of Thirtikas (probably allusion to Shiva) he remained calm and collected, despite all his senses being overwhelmed by his presence.

King Gesar is usually depicted as master of magic, which is unusual for epic heroes. For example, one of his first deed was victory over one of the most famous sorcerers of that time at age of five days.

Sword of absolute sharpness, which can cut through almost anything. Despite sharpness being it’s only quality it is still very powerful Noble Phantasm, because it can even cut through other Noble Phantasms, destroying them in process. It can even cut through conceptual defenses such as God’s Hand rendering them useless. However, this ability is always active and high on consumption of magical energy, so normally Gesar wields it wrapped in thousands slips of paper with magical formulae designed to make sword dull. It still greatly decreases his magical energy making him unable to cast powerful spells.
This Noble Phantasm is wielded only when summoned as Servant Saber.
Khara Zorkhon – Black Spear, That Punishes the Wicked.
Type: Anti-Unit.

Usually it is low-grade Noble Phantasm which only ability is to change it’s shape and size according to will of user (for example it can be made shorter or longer during the battle). However, when used against characters with ranks of monsters (such as Medusa) or evil alignment it’s damage would be multiplied two-three times depending on LCK roll.
According to the original legend this spear was closer to Gae Bolg, having an ability to strike into center of enemy’s life force and change shape to reach it. However, I didn’t want to make it clear expy of GB, so decided to stay with ability to change shape.
This weapon can be used only when Gesar is summoned in Lancer class.
rGyal’po Dzam Ling – King in the World.
Type: Anti-Unit (targets Gesar himself).

Greatest ability of King Gesar. He never drew a clear line of separation between himself and the world, rather he was superior being in normal existence. Normally Servant’s spiritual core is connected to his heart and brains, but in Gesar’s case he connects himself with entire existence in wide area (around 1 km), rendering himself immune to damage unless everything in the area is destroyed. Effectively, Gesar cannot be killed by Noble Phantasms of Anti-Unit and Anti-Army types.
Other effect of this ability is realized as ability to effectively use everything in the area as part of the body. Gesar’s control is expanded over everything: air, ground, magical energy, all lifeforms (with exception of humans, who separated themselves from the world, and Heroic Spirits, who are divine mystery).
This ability can also be used to prevent deployment of Reality Marbles: Gesar strengthens the world natural pressure and cause them to be destroyed prematurely.
This ability can be used only in Caster class.
Black Bow of Khangai – Thirty Fiery Arrows.
Type: Anti-Army.
Rank: B
Set of enchanted bow made of mysterious dark wood, and magical arrows. Bow itself is incredibly durable and can be used as club, but main ability of this bow is to shoot thirty magical arrows at once. Each of the arrows posses fiery characteristics and can be compared to destructive heat beams.
This Noble Phantasm can be used only in Archer class.

Cags Kye Nying Rje – Arcanum of Compassion.
Type: Anti-Unit.

Conceptual Weapon. Not a physical hook and arcanum, but rather immaterial curse, which affects target mind and not body. Being hit by Cags Kye enemy’s empathy would be greatly amplified rendering it vulnerable to all sorts of suggestions and more importantly unable to move even a finger for while, making them defenseless. Since this arcanum is no physical, to repel it high level of MGI required.
Narn Gohoon – Blessing of the Sun Lady

Blessing of Gesar’s celestial mother, Sun Lady Goohon. Due to this Gesar possess invulnerability to heat-based attacks and his MGI is buffed by 1 rank during the daylight.

I have wonder since I tried a caster (Virgin Mary), normally you take how much fame a servant has, but her case is a bit weird she is still worship nowdays and there are different takes on her by religion and zone, so what kind of boost that would be?.

Hey, most of the stuff in the F/SN world obeys IRL laws in its own twisted way. Even when you bring servants and magi into the picture, a man without the means to is not going to be able to wield a weapon. Look at Gil vs. Shirou, he didn't go lolfiction and catch his sword with the stump of his hand, did he? Similarly, you are going to get a lot of whack from the unreal laws in the Nasuverse, but it's likely that dinosaurs without thumbs are not going to be able to hold weapons.
Even if they did manage to hold the weapons somehow, by magus design or something else, they still wouldn't have the intelligence for it. If I'm getting this right and the dinosaurs retain their souls, then we'd have a pea brained animal wielding a sword and its mouth.
The pea brained animal isn't going to bother with the sword, it will just do what its instinct tells it to. And that's attack with its maw.
I don't put anything past those motherfucking velociraptors. And don't give me any bullshit about them being dog-sized scavengers. Fame boost and legend, man, Jurassic Park has doomed us all.
Also, I can't help but feel that the pea-sized brain thing might be a bit of human bias toward extinct animals.
