Winds of Winter will be an 1800 page description of Ramsay doing donuts in the Winterfell courtyard with Jeyne blowing him, Lightbringer as a hood ornament, Stannis/Mance getting bumper dragged, and blasting I Got 99 Problems But A Leech Ain't One at top volume.
As long as Stannis or Shireen survive, I'm happy.

Same. I would give maybe half a damn if Sansa bit it, but Arya's hands down my favorite POV in the books (I have a whole "Arya's going to kill Sansa" tinfoil hat theory). She's behind Tyrion in the show but only because of Peter Dinklage's acting ability.
The thing that amused most during my numerous playthroughs was when Gilly became Queen Beyond The Wall.The other grievance is the show doesn't have Dolerous Ed who is the actual funnies character in the books. Awesomely, if you play Jon in CK2 Feast for Crows and take Stannis up on his offer, Ed replaces you as Lord Commander.
Also when I played as King of Summer Islands Stannis repelled Dany's invasion, executed her and took dragons.
I have literally never seen Dany go to Westeros. In fact, more often than not she has no children, plays around in Mereen, and eventually has her lands inherited by Renly's son.
I guess I was lucky.

There is a modification for Crusader Kings 2 that allows you to play in A Song Of Ice And Fire setting. Though calling it a simple mod does not do it justice because it has a lot of content. You can pick any timeline between Aegon's Conquest and Feast of Crows.
