I've been getting dizzy a lot lately, and I can't fathom why.
My diet hasn't changed recently. I've been in this apartment for two months with no problem and working at the same two jobs. I don't drink anymore, so it's obviously not a hangover. I don't drink coffee either, so it's not some sort post-caffeine high comedown. What could it be?
Sleep, dehydration.

But yeah, it's probably the sleep factor. This new job has me working overnight. I thought I was adjusting well.
Low blood pressure? Could also be a deficiency of iron or something else in your blood. But yeah probably sleep deprivation.
