USS Fulton
Everchanging Infinite Motion Machine
USS Fulton was the first steam ship captained by Rider and the one ship that kickstarted Perry's love for the new technology. USS Fulton, the second ship to ever receive this name, was a rigged side-wheel steamer. It was the U.S. Navy’s second war steamer, and the first deep-water steam warship. Fulton II served the Navy for 25 years. She beat the British steamer Great Western in a race off the New York coast. Perry developed the first autonomous Engineering division of a ship’s crew in the U.S. Navy, and his success in running the Fulton convinced the Navy to construct more steam frigates, including the “Black Ships” that Commodore Perry used to impress Japan with the United States’ military and technological might. Perry ended up piloting newer and better ships compared to USS Fulton which was quite frankly ill suited for long cruises, but the ship has always remained the servant's mind as the beginning of it all.
When Rider is summoned the USS Fulton, is crystallized as a modifiable perpetual motion machine of the third kind. Taking shape of of a metallic ball about the size of a seamine, USS Fulton as a Type III perpetual motion machine can create and store an infinite number of energy by completely eliminating friction and other dissipative forces, to maintain motion forever (due to its mass inertia), is able to hold inside of it a infinite number of steam through a self sustained boiler. The ball then is able to modify it's shape and transform into a seemingly infinite number of objects though somewhat limited in their naval theme like turrets, cannons, and ships from different sizes. By using his infinite Steam Rider can cut the expenses of Prana necessary to maintain him almost completely giving him virtually Independent Action as he is able to even maintain himself if his Master were to die. But while the steam ball can in theory store an infinite number of energy, it is not an immediate effect but a gradual one where steam is constantly generated inside, but if Rider were to go too crazy with its uses its certainly possible to spend the stock generated by the machine and either limit himself a lot with its uses until its safe again which can take a while or use regular prana to use the machine which will also spend a lot of Prana. As an autonomous machine, it can be used by other people, but its power its drastically lowered when compared to Rider's mainly thanks to his "Innovation" Skill. Additionally the Imperialism skill also greatly boosts power and the speed of the production of the energy and the machine gains a new ability which can be considered a Noble Phantasm of its own and is Rider's trump card

Kurofune
The Black Dragon Breaks Bindings
"And there came,
Breaking through the mist,
Roaring through the sea,
Four black dragons,
Spitting fire.
And I ran,
Cursing through the fields,
Calling the alarm,
Shouting to the world,
"Four black dragons,
Spitting fire!"
And the earth trembled,
And the sky cracked,
And I thought it was the end of the world."

This is Rider's trump card and unlocked by being in territory enemy, it's a modification of Rider's USS Fulton, and it's a crystallization of Perry's expedition to Japan. Before Perry, Japan lived in a state of almost complete isolation from the rest of the world for over 200 years under the rule of the Tokugawa shogunate. The "locked country" policy, or Sakoku, prohibited the entry and exit of any foreigner or native respectively. If any foreigner somehow entered the country they would be forced to live in it forever, and if any native left Japan they would never be allowed to come back again. The law created by the Tokugawa shogunate, had the objective of lowering the power of foreigner countries in their soil and to try to stop the chaos that ruled the land during the Sengoku Period, and thanks to it for 200 years Japan - the floating kingdom - seemingly became frozen in time. Though it seemed to just be a series of laws the Sakoku was something much more than that: A countrywide Reality Marble. Deployed by Tokugawa Ieyasu, the first of the Tokugawa Shogunate, under the suggestion of Tenkai, a monk friend of him, the Reality Marble was only possible after the shogun's death where his body was enshrined and his spirit was elevated into godhood. It's an autonomous Reality Marble that tries to recreate the idyllic world that existed in the head of the Shogun before his death and tried to forcefully eliminate anything that could "ruin" said peace locking the country, in other words threaten the rule of the Tokugawa. It could be said that in Japan during the Tokugawa rule, Ieyasu's Will replaced the Counter Force. Thanks to it, much differently from other countries Japan retained quite a bit of "Mystery" and certain Phantasmal Beasts still roamed the country.
This all changed when Rider arrived. Commanding a fleet of four of America's best ships of that time, Perry arrived in Japan with military and technological power that far surpassed anything that the Japanese People had at the time. Using its military might, Percy forced the Japan to give up of its policies, as they had no way to stop Rider from doing anything he so desired. The vision of the ships all painted black was that for many of the onlookers of a Black Dragon breathing heavy smoke. That vision that to many is just the natural reaction of a "uncivilized" population upon first view was more accurate than normal. Shortly before arriving in Japan Perry and company faced the entire might of Ieyasu's Reality Marble. Trapped in a bounded field made by the autonomous Reality Marble, Perry's Fleet was attacked by waves after waves of Phantasmal Beasts and Nature Spirits. It was an incredible intense battle, but thanks to Perry's handling of his ships that far surpassed the real of the humans, his fleet managed to brake through the bounded field and arrive the Japanese shore. The people that the Kurofune, black ships in japanese, appearing out of nowhere almost surrounded with Phantasmal Beasts naturally though they were dragons, the greatest of the legendary creatures. This blow made by Perry severely weakened the autonomous Reality Marble which made possible for his country and others to finally interact with the floating kingdom.
When Rider uses the Noble Phantasm, his Steam Ball morphs into a huge pilebunker/drill combination that pierces the ground. Once it has pierced the ground the ball will begun to plunder all prana from the territory be it from leylines or if the territory is made by prana by itself and transform it on steam. During the process of the plundering, the Noble Phantasm will begin to send the enemy territory into disarray and out of their control, creating huge earthquakes and eruptions and sending their affects against them. By the end of the process the enemy territory be it a bounded field or even a Reality Marble will be completely destroyed and made it useless and Rider's Steam Ball will gain a huge boost in fuel, power and even ability gaining some of the properties of the destroyed territory
