More than anything I would think that they wouldn't use school life designs because usually if you're a creator and you got to pick between making your own fun thing or just using the thing someone else made, you'd have more fun making your own.

It would entirely depend on what Constantine's role is, but I honestly don't expect Mehmed to show up at all.
Sorry, I just have this copium of more Muslim representative in FGO or just in Fate in general. Like this chapter is the other closes one that it is possible to get in terms of representation for the Muslims
