Strength- A
Agility- B
Endurance- B
Mana- D
Luck- A
NP- B++
Personality: Saber possesses a noble character that shines like the sun. Although exiled from birth, he held no ill will towards his usurpers and merely sought to reclaim the throne for the good of his people. Kind and compassionate almost to a fault, he generally dislikes violence and won't draw his blade unless provoked by the enemy. He is also very loyal, and would never turn his back on a friend or ally. Although seemingly idealistic to the point of naivete, he possesses a keen insight into the true nature of others and is remarkably hard to deceive. Upon summoning, he possesses a great deal of curiosity for the various inventions and wonders of the modern world.
Likes: wonders of the modern world, poetry, his subjects
Dislikes: overly strong passions
Talents: cooking, criticisms so subtle you don't realize you're being insulted
Natural Enemy: King Patras
Class Skills:
Magic Resistance (A)- The ability to cancel or diminish the effects of magecraft used against oneself. At this rank, spells below A-rank are nullified outright, and even A-rank spells are weakened greatly. Servant is virtually untouchable to modern magi and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to call them a "Magus Killer". Saber's rank in this Skill is due to one of the effects of his Shamshir-e Zomorrodnegār Noble Phantasm, and would be merely C rank without it.
Riding (C)- Ability to ride animals. At this rank, the Servant is capable of riding on most mortal mounts and large vehicles (i.e. small airplanes, helicopters) more skillfully than the average rider.
Personal Skills:
Charisma (B)- Ability to inspire others and lead armies. At a B rank, Saber is capable of leading a nation and boosting the abilities of a large army in mass combat.
Discernment Of The Poor (C)- Aptitude for discerning the true character of others. As an exiled prince from birth raised amongst merchants and beggars, Saber is naturally someone suited to assessing the attributes of others.
Noble Phantasm:
Shamshir-e Zomorrodnegār- The Emerald Studded Sword (B++, Anti-Unit): A sword originally possessed by King Solomon, later by the demon Fulad-zerah to whom the weapon was his only weakness and then finally by Arsalan himself who wielded it to slay the demon. An elegantly curved scimitar, the hilt of which is ivory colored and studded with emeralds, with a curved golden pommel. It's kept in an ornate golden scabbard with jewels set along the length.
The sword's properties are three-fold. First, simply having it in his possession provides a powerful charm against magic equal to A-ranked Magic Resistance.
Second, as the only weapon which could harm the demon Fulad-zerah it possesses the property of "piercing all defenses" which enable it to cut through and bypass absolutely any form of defensive ability regardless of rank, from magical armor even to conceptual defenses such as the Enlightenment Of The Sacred Fig possessed by a certain bodhisattva. In RPG terms, strikes from the sword ignore the target's Endurance stat when dealing damage.
The sword's third property is "lowers maximum HP" akin to Diarmuid's Gae Buidhe. Any wounds inflicted by this sword cannot be recovered from by normal means or through application of healing Magecraft. This effect will wear off if the weapon is broken or Saber is killed. Any wounds inflicted will still remain, but can be healed normally from thereon out.

Another Saber sheet, this time Arsalan from the Persian legend Amir Arsalan.
The Wikipedia entry for the myth was quite sparse to say the least so I had to come up with his personality and Personal Skills based on what seemed appropriate rather then textual basis (and a little inspiration from the manga Arslan Senki regarding personality). Like I have no idea whether he "held no ill will toward his usurpers" it's just something I put there because it fit with the sort of character I envisioned him as and there was no available source to prove me wrong. Plus it's not like Nasu never takes artistic license with his Servant's character and attributes whenever it makes for a more interesting story (why hello there, demonic idol singer Elizabeth Bathory).
