It is disappointing she went from attractive sensei-chan/onee-san to loli fanservice. I have only become less tolerant of loli fanservice over time because it feels like the whole thing sexualizes child-like bodies. Look, beauty isn't in one specific body type, but it's one thing to celebrate various body types as attractive, and another to fetishize elements of pre-pubescent girlhood.

Ohhh I see, so that part in the original is reworded into that, removing Nero beasts count mention, cuz the part talking about wolves were also before that. Thanks.

Also was the part about how despite Shiki can see Arc's lines, she can easily outspeed him thus making it extreme hard for him to cut the lines now that she knew his capabilities existed in the original? Because I find it funny remembering "can Shiki kill servant?". The answer is similar.

Closest thing to a route confirmation I can think of is with Geechan 2 PLUS+DISC and the TMdict translation of Tsukihime Dictionary which confirmed the route did exist but was cut for time reasons.

There's also the Melty Blood series which from I understand, goes off a sort of hypothetical Satsuki route whose route outcome depends on the medium. The Melty Blood and Melty Blood Act 2 manga goes off the scenario that Shiki Tohno ends up killing her while the games and Melty Blood X manga/Back Alley Pyramid Night Drama CD goes off the scenario she somehow survived.

From my vague recollection of Near Side, Tsukihime didn't elaborate much on their match-up before.
