Prime Kirei was definitely a monster, but he and prime Kiritsugu were only as strong as non-combat Servants like Caster or Assassin, and would need some other factor to win against a Servant like Saber (as per Einzbern Consultation Room). Kuzuki, on the other hand, killed Rider in their first encounter, and would've killed Saber if Caster hadn't interfered. So scaling off of how well they do against Servants, Kuzuki in the first encounter should outclass Kirei.
Non-summer Bryn can still fly as seen with her animations, so I guess her normal armor is also her Swan Mystic Code?

Mordred's mana burst always felt a little weird to me seeing how deliberate it looks with lightning effects. I guess you see an example of jump real good in GO Apocrypha event

I think so. Valkyries profile in the CH, says that their white robes are a Mystic Code of the same type as the one mentioned in Bryn Summer's profile now, so it's kind of safe to assume that she must also have something similar at least.
