Ownership of a body immune to the effects of certain natural influences.

<<n/a>> The Servant's body does not decay once he is killed. Rot and corruption have no effect, although the body may still be affected by humans. If pieces of the body are separated, they retain this effect. The right forearm, in particular, possesses a high holy affinity due to being used for blessings and baptisms.


* Magic Resistance
Protection against magical effects. Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects prana, this ability cancels the spells altogether. It is important to note that the term "verse" seen below refers to a set of three lines. Thus, a chant of two verses is equivalent to a Six-Line incantation.

<<B+>> Cancels spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for him to be affected. Certain Magic Foundations, such as those native to Japan and India, will have their effects lowered so far as to make them negligible.

Indicates being acknowledged as a Saint by the Church. A variety of effects may be applied, including "one Rank-up to Charisma", "Automatic HP recovery", "raising the effects of sacraments", "healing others by means of holy rites", "exorcism of demons" and "production of relics".

<<A+>> This Servant has undergone full Canonization, and is recognized as a Saint. The Incorruptible Body skill is granted, and an affinity against those possessing non-Christian Divine properties is obtained. This Servant has been summoned with Automatic HP recovery, which helps compensate for his low MGI, and the ability to heal others by means of certain holy rites.

Goa Inquisition ~ Persecution of False Believers

Range: Anti-Urban Area
Activates: On death, conditional on aria being completed.

Before Francis Xavier's death, he wrote to the King of Portugal asking for an Inquisition to be instated.

On this Servant's death, the city is divided into three categories: Christian, which denotes churches, Converted, which denotes most of the other area, and Pagan, which denotes holy sites of other religions. Christian territories are left alone. Christian people in Converted territories must pass a check for true faith. If they pass, they are left unscathed. If they fail, they are killed slowly via Prana drain. This fate can be avoided by leaving the town. People who do not belong to the Church will have their Prana drained, but only half as quickly as false Christians, allowing for the possibility of escape. Pagan territories are sealed off and then "destroyed through exposure of the impure to the glory of God".

Possession of a Holy Relic (such as the Incorruptible remains of Saint Francis Xavier) enables the Faith check to be skipped, and shields the carrier from the effects of being within Pagan Territory, as well as enabling them to move freely through its sealed borders.

The Aria to trigger this effect is as follows:
"The second necessity for the Christians is that Your Majesty establish the Holy Inquisition in Goa because there are many who live according to the Jewish Law and according to the Mohammedan Sect, without any fear of God or shame of the World. And since there are many Hindus who are spread all over the fortresses, there is the need of the Holy Inquisition, and of many preachers. Your Majesty should provide such necessary things for your loyal and faithful subjects in the Indies."

Rejuvenescence (Water). Capacity to recover power, heal wound and lift cursed, based on consumtion of energy from non-conventional sources.
Rank «A»: By consuming large amounts of water, it is possible to completely lift the burden of support from Master. It's also possible to heal even grievous injuries and dispel curses.
In the tale of Marya Morevna, weakened Koschei is capable to return his tremendous power by consuming three buckets of water.

Walking Corpse. Unique Skill, which has effects of both Battle Continuation and Mental Pollution.
Rank «A»: Capable of withstanding practically any injury without flinching, and negate mental interference quite easily. One may say, it's because he is essentially "dead inside".
In all tales, figure of Koschei share many similiarities with corpse. His appereance is skeletal, for example, he also doesn't have to eat or breathe.

Divinity Measurment of Divine Spirit aptitude. It is possible to negate special defensive values of "purge defense".
Rank «D»: This Servant have some divinity as God of Death. It may give him some protection against Heroic Spirits with Death-related Divinity of E-rank and lower.
While it is not explicit, Koschei share many similiarities with Slavic God of Death and Underworld.

Kladenets Karachun - Dark Sword of Fade.

Type: Anti-army.

Demonic sword of decay. Originally, it was a holy blade from Kladenets family, however now it is corrupted and has unpleasant aura, which instill sense of fear and uneasiness in those who see it. Even in inactivated state, the blade emits dark energy, is harmful for any kind of living being. Plants around Koschei will wither, small animals and insects may die, and normal human would feel weakened and sick. Pain and damage from the wounds inflicted by Karachun, are at least twice as strong as they should have been.

When this Noble Phantasm is activated, this dark energy is reinforced immensly and forms spherical field around Koschei. Anything inside field would be attacked by surges of destructive energy. Normal human would die and turn into ash in a fraction of a second, and it may be fatal even for Heroic Spirits.

It should be noted, that just holding Karachun is incredible painful, and Koschei is able to wield it only due to effects of Walking Corpse. Also, Karachun is late euphemism for Chernobog, Slavic God of Death and Underworld, who seems to be somewhat connected with Koschei.

Type: Anti-unit (targets self).

A needle inside egg, which is hidden magical bird (resembling duck), contained within artifical beast (resembling hare), which in turn rests inside metal chest. The chest is incredible resilent and it is impossible to destroy him with normal means. If it would be broken, the hare would immideately jump out of it and try to escape. If the hare is killed, the duck would be released and will try to fly away. These are means of safeguard for the egg and the needle.

As long as needle is intact, Koschei himself is an existence "free of death". It's unknown how this was achieved, but the concept of "death" contained within Koschei was expunged in a form of a needle. Thus, Koschei literally became death-less. It is practically impossible to kill him. Even if he is beheaded, both head and body still would be "alive", and it might be possible to re-attach it. Incurable wounds might be an issue, but Koschei may adapt to them, by restructuring body... or, simply ignoring the wound.

Where is strong spirtual connection between Kochei and his death, so theoretically skilled Magus may be able to find where the latter is hidden. That's why it is necessary to keep the chest near the water (preferably in the sea), because it makes it harder to find. Also, it might be possible to overwhelm "deathless existence" by superior offensive power, capable of not simply "killing", but rather "destroying" Koschei.

Background.

Villainous figure from Slavic folkolre. His origins are unknown; some see him as one of bogatyrs betrayed and forgotten by his people, and others believe that Koschei is none other than ancient Slavic God of Death, who lost divinity when his people accepted Christianity. In any case, in folk tales surrounding him, Koschei usually acts as antagonist, who abducts beatiful women, steals gold and wrecks havoc on populace. Usually, the protagonist of a tale cannot kill Koschei, so he had to rely on advice and help of other supernatural beings, such as Baba Yaga or Marya Morevna, to defeat him via finding hidden death. Koschei also might be summoned as Caster, but he lost grasp of sorcerous skills due to mental distortion.

When summoned as Berserker, he appears in the late stages of his life. He lived too long, and, basically, outlived his own humanity and reason. One may call him "dead inside": he is emotionally numbed and usually doesn't feel anything. Even if extraordinary events may awaken some feelings inside of Koschei, he would have hard time discerning their meaning, since he forgot their meaning. For example, he can't easily remember differences between amity and animousity. Another example is the fact, that while he may have some attachment to beautiful women and riches, he doesn't actually know why he longs for them, or what he should do with them. Anyway, he cherishes any kind of emotion, because even acting out of pain and hatred is better than be in his usual dead-like state. Because he is already insane, he doesn't suffer from the madness induced by Class Skill of Berserker.

His main power as a Servant is, of course, immortality and moves, that normally should be suicidal. For example, he may allow opponent to pierce him with a sword, when grab this sword by the hand, while landing killing blow with the other. Because of this, he can be tough opponent even for the most powerful and skilled opponents, even though he doesn't display much skill. Because he normally acts like automaton, he would be obedient Servant no matter who is the Master. When "human side" is awakened, his attitude would be closer to heroic and proud warrior whom he once was. Also, his wish for the Grail is to be "alive again", i.e. to regain his senses and old self.

I've never heard of Sengoku Rance. He's kind of like a prototype Executor (I'll be working that into the sheet as well), so he doesn't really go with demonic stuff.

As a sailor that spent many years sailing the sea, Jack has the ability to sense danger nearby, allowing him to account for things many would think negligible or things others might overlook. He, however, was unable to foresee the capture of his crew.

Military Tactics (B):
A captain in life, he used his wits and natural leadership to form a mutiny against the former captain of the Ranger, Charles Vane. He used his skill to grant him a short, yet prosperous run from the law, allowing him to live his life as he saw fit until the end, along with his crew and wife.

Jolly Roger, The Flag That Strikes Fear
Rank C, Anti-Army: The flag designed by Jack himself, which all men knew to fear. Flown during each of his pirating stints, this flag causes all who see it to be consumed by fear, unable to properly fight back. When visible, any who see it will have stat reductions, and be stricken with the urge to abandon their allies.

The Kingston, Mutinous Vessel
Rank A, Anti-Army: The ship that Jack and his crew captured near Jamaica. When he utters the name of this vessel, a large wind surrounds the combatants, and all present are pulled into a violent reality marble, supported by Jack's crew and himself. A storm raging around them, enemies find themselves on a small vessel under fire of the Kingston's cannons. Any who survive are subject to the wrath of the storm.

Avenger is a unique description for somebody who doesn't fit in any class. If somebody else were to qualify for some reason, they'd have a differently named class, such as Savior or Ruler.

Avenger being the class for AM is a rule of the Fuyuki Grail War. Assassin being hardwired to Hassan is a rule of the Fuyuki Grail War.

Both of these rules could be called absolute back when the Fuyuki Grail War was the only one using Servants.

But then came Extra, and then came Prototype, and then Apocrypha. Each of them has their own rules, and they aren't the same as Fuyuki's.

So if you want to create a non-Hassan Assassin, it's OK as long as you're using Extra/Apocrypha rules.

And if you want to create a non-Angra Avenger... that can't happen in FSN, but maybe you can come up with something to justify its existence in another setting. But then, it's more probably fanfic material. Same with custom classes.
