Here is an idea I had for every single Servant class.
Basically the servant is the embodiment of their class. So Saber would appear to be a noble knight and berserker would appear to be a wolfman creature. The main thing about them would lie in the NP's where they could draw the power from any Servant of their class that there is. What do you think of that?
That would be messed up as hell when it comes to balance and overall really hard to manage.

Marble Phantasm in the form of a massive western-style Mansion that is erected around the entire battlefield. Cuts off the Mansion from the world. Serves as a giant maze, with no true exit. Shortly after it's erection, the entire structure will begin to crumble into oblivion, taking both Master's and Servant's with it.
Nevermore.
A Reality Marble. It covers the sky with a canopy of ravens that produce a "world of death" where absolute darkness swallows the light of the moon and stars. Create's an artificial night.
Skills:
Sphere Boundary: A technique in which one perceives the circumstances of her surroundings and can make her own existence vanish. For those who mastered it, unification with the world and even make their figure naturally transparent becomes possible. Can rematerialize at a later time.
Murderer of the Misty Night: Concerning the special trait of a murderer, her as the assailant will always obtain the initiative over the opponent as the victim. However, unconditionally obtaining the initiative happens only at night.
Scream of Terror: A high-pitched scream that never seems to be exhausted. Robs one's ability to think regardless of being friend or foe, those without resistance will become panic-stricken and incapable of breathing. The suffering of the victim is reflected as if one's own neck is being strangled.
Protection of the Fairies: A blessing from Elementals, the capacity to increase one's Luck in dangerous situations. Activation limited to only battlefields, where is possible to perform feats of arms.

I don't think you know what a reality marble is. Also, you gave him Blackmore's reality marble. Also, it seems like you took a random assortment of other people's skills and gave them to Poe with little to no rationalization as to why he should have them.

The concept of having one's inner world materialized and projected onto reality. I'd say projecting two stories he created during his lifetime onto the world would constitute a reality marble.
I created a servant that I'd desire. It may not be completely original, but who are you to judge my servant? I happen to like her.
Also, you may not have the mental capacity to perceive it, but the noble phantasm's match up perfectly with the skills. First skill allows for survival of the first phantasm. Second Phantasm allows for the use of the second skill.

Araya Souren's "Hounouden Rokujyuyonshou"? Wouldn't it come close?
It is a psuedo Reality Marble. It represents his inner world but he built it using external materials instead of expanding his internal world and switching it with the current world.
