The largest problem I have with this story is that it presents itself as an interesting Tsukihime/Fate story. It's in the title.
If you are going to write Nasuverse fanfiction that:
> Distorts every mechanic
> Uses none of the characters properly
> And then tries to be cheeky with a script format
Then Ihate you foreveram slightly miffed because I thought I'd be seeing the first Tsukihime fanfic on this site since Curtis dropped Fragile Thing.

The "I am the bone of my sword" part really hurt me. This hurt me physically. You might want to do as Nuclear said. Try practising by writing smaller ideas out and researching on FSN info. Read the VN or the equivalent of that, ask multiple people on BL, read over the source material and stuff like that. Moving this far past the mechanics of Type-Moon isn't going to end well.
OC's need to be handled carefully, since no one is familiar with them except for yourself. Slowly ease them in, and remember their place. Also, no Reality Marbles until you've researched the hell out of it. RMs should be rarely thrown around in Nasuverse unless you can take the proper procedures to handle the character properly with that. Again, research would work really well with this.
Royal Flush Gang and Angra Mainyu spawns? They're a little.... out there.
