Of course, the majority of those traits are shared by MC from dozens of series, in one form or another.
Well, seeing as Shirou is a deconstruction of a shounen protagonist and Kagome is (while female) a shounen protagonist, it would make sense that they have similarities. And I'm curious, what other MCs have alternate future selves that want to kill them?

Yeah, like above, I can't really draw similarities with just the trivia information. There's gotta be some level of similarity in the personality for me to actually buy it. If there's anybody in the Inuyasha cast that Shirou resembles there, it'd be Jaken.

Can't really think of one off of the top of my head, but you do get 'alternate me' in the manner of Tohno VS Nanya, which is pretty much the same thing (hell, Archer is more like 'alternate future me' anyhow).
