Over the Keel Mountains, Meets an ape with human speech. The ape asks, "What clings to you? Bear it—you cannot. Accept it—you cannot. But hidden—it is from you. Recite its name."

Oh yeah. That rematch didn't help things, even if I agree with the results. You can't please everyone.
“Yet the burden shall be shared by two entwined, from which the sword will part from the body and be bestowed upon the vassal to sacrifice themselves and cleave through space and time.”
“Mark upon this unworthy flesh the emblem of the sacrifice, the vassal whose death shall bring forth victory through the fields of steel and blood!”
“The oath is laid here. We are the ones who represent all the good within the pure lands, and we are the ones who judge what is evil within the pure lands. Thou, Seven Heavens clad in three mere words of unequal power, shall emerge from the spiral of control, O keeper of the balance—!”
Basically, they're reasoning is that Yang is more durable than Tifa because Aura. I faintly recall Tifa getting punched through a church pillar when fighting one of the mini Sephiroths like Yang did when fighting the power armor thing and it basically put Tifa out of the fight (though lightning taser knuckle thing might have been a cause) while Yang just gets up and explode punches a robot.
Something, something, math, something something, Yang's Semblance > Tifa's Ultimate Weapons, something something Comedy Scene where Yang gets punted into Orbit played as a straight indicator of her durability.
Life at best is Bittersweet

oh btw the new OP's song is my favourite of the 3 OP songs. It's actually pretty amazing.
Yeah I agree, its really bad just like the previous ones.
Ragnarok, come day of wrath
That fallen souls might bear our plea.
To hasten the Divine's return.
O piteous Wanderer.
They were still bad, just not cringeworthily bad
I think the acoustic version of This Will Be The Day is actually pretty good.
Ragnarok, come day of wrath
That fallen souls might bear our plea.
To hasten the Divine's return.
O piteous Wanderer.
Wow yeah when you remove the awful parts it becomes ok I guess
But then how will you appreciate when the episode starts?![]()

Well trailer's out. Looks better than the preview clip and the opening.
Time to start the countdown.
It's happening.
The action does look a lot less sluggish than in the preview and opening.
Ragnarok, come day of wrath
That fallen souls might bear our plea.
To hasten the Divine's return.
O piteous Wanderer.
Yay. Trailer doesn't look like complete ass.
