The earliest version of Puss, yes, but Charles Perrault (I'm assuming that's who you mean) made the French version, so if one is going with that version (like with the previous two Puss in Boots sheets I had mine react to), then you could still say the character is French. Not too surprised you didn't know though. I only knew before because when Puss first popped up in Shrek, I couldn't help but look up his original fairy tale.
Can I just say though all the various version are interesting.
The wildest one I feel was the Transylvanian version, where Puss is female, calls on birds with a silver whistle, essentially kidnapped a kid, then told him he'll marry the princess when he turned into an adult, and the story more or less goes the same (minus the clothes being made by Puss's birds), until we get to the end where she asks her son to chop her head off and she becomes a beautiful woman who the king marries.
I REALLY wanted to incorporate some of this version in some way just because of how different the differences in it are...but nah, I couldn't.
Just pretend something like this happened as one of Puss's adventures. But with less kidnapping.

Full of charisma, full of danger and I think you perfectly translated his abilities into proper skills which seems like an easy thing to do except it ain't. And that CE is just... The perfect slap in my face. Gosh. ;_;
Overall, as I was listening to the songs you picked (IMPECABLE TASTE MY LIEGE) I kept thinking "I think I have a new favorite Draco Sheet™".
Awwww thanks! I felt pretty happy coming up with the idea (and getting reassurance that yeah I could go for it)! And even if the version of Puss in Boots I like the most is the Shrek one, it's still why I'm glad you love this Puss. The hardest part of me was the Noble Phantasm since I wanted to have my own version but liking the NPs of Puss I've seen before. Also...woah. I'm glad the CE still did its intended job considering it wasn't the original planned one. My original was using an image of a woman holding a ginger cat, but apparently not a lot of people draw specifically a ginger cat sooooo I ended up with that since I was getting frustrated from looking for it. And that it's your new favorite sheet (AAAYYYYY I LOVE THE WISHING STAR LEITMOTIF AND FAVORITE FEARLESS HERO AIN'T NO WAY I WAS GONNA MISS NY CHANCE).

    "Wha--how is that cringy?!"
"Some would find it improper and others would be uncomfortable from feeling as if they were being voyeuristic."
"What?! Okay, that's it! I know what we need to do! We gotta make others do it so that being open about your emotions is the norm! Come on, Xiao! I know just where to start!"
"Darling, no, don't cause any disturbance in the delicate balance of the Master's harem."

Okay but serious, happy to hear you loved them too. They're my personal fav I've worked so far (not that I didn't have fun with the others, just that I'm proud of their sheet the most so far).

But anyways...now my turn on sheets I wanna comment on!

Ngurangurane: Aaand...first one is...not so happy for me 'cause, like, I didn't like this sheet compared to your other ones, Farewell (especially considering the Zen FC...AAHHHHH ZEN I hope you and Rei continue doing well). But that's why I tried to figure out why that's the case for me. I'm not sure if this is all of it...but I think at least one of the reasons is his personality/character itself. What I mean by that is that I like what is on the sheet, the skills and NP being fitting showcases of the feats mentioned in his Lore section (I also found it funny and neat you incorporated Zen's crossbow as Ngurangurane's and had an explanation for it)...and especially how he doesn't necessarily hate his father, but despite him having dialogue for all his skills...he doesn't have much of a "presence" for me for lack of a better word. I get to know more of him through that dialogue with his attitiude and his wording and what he's exactly saying, but it doesn't stick, unlike say, your Stańczyk (who also had dialogue after every skill) or Tatmanat (who didn't have dialogue for all her skills but still stuck out...though I don't know how fair the comparison is considering the prompt but my point still stands). I don't know what it is that is making him not stand out to me despite literally everything else about the sheet being so cool and interesting, but it is. I wish I could be specific than that to actually have it be more constructive criticism...but that's the best I got right now.

Well I'm certainly glad, 'cause I'll admit I'm more fond of spies now thanks to Spy x Family (st-25 meet twilight). And I liked this! Doesn't feel forced to me (key word: to me).

I agree with WhiteFrenzy's sentiment that, despite you not using purple prose, it worked well for the sheet and didn't feel rushed for me. I think it works because of the kind of character he is. This feels like a reading a "spy file" for lack of a better word (I'm sure there is a better word but it's not coming to me). So while no single part stood out by itself (perhaps that is fitting for a spy), except (for me at least) the "yoga" and "i don't like 007 what an exaggeration" bits, as a whole, it works well together. Though, even though you say you don't have purple prose, your prose was still pleasant to read through despite you saying you were worried about it being rushed. I think the Assassin class usage is fine...personally. I always viewed it less "assassin class" and more "sneaky class", partially because of my "thief promotes to assassin" mindset from Fire Emblem. So someone else might have qualms but I don't. And I actually liked you using his codename. Besides the "mystique", as you mentioned, it felt like it made sense since his espionage exploits were what he's known for so his codename would likely be the one remembered.

also i am now curious of this "joker game" and wonder if it's something i'd like

    Class: Foreigner
    Origin: Historical Fact, France
    Alignment: Chaotic-Neutral
    Likes: Tarot Reading, Modern Society
    Dislikes: Fate
    Natural Talents: Divination, Cartomancy
    Natural Enemy: Fate-Breakers
    Alternative Class: Caster

    Parameters
    Strength: E
    Endurance: D
    Agility: C
    Mana: C
    Luck: A+++
    Noble Phantasm: EX

    History
Jean-Baptiste Alliete. The name belongs to a magus who shook the world of magecraft in the early 1700s. He published books that threatened the secrecy and traditions of magecraft by exposing how to utilize Cartomancy to the general public. Naturally when the first volume was published and spread the Magus Alliance mobilized to find and squash the source of the publication.

However, it did not come about out of hatred for the mage association. In fact, he admires the Clocktower, Atlas, and Wandering Sea. Instead, his actions came about out of necessity. The mage association had no idea when they raided his workshop and to this day do not understand the full scope of his actions. They understand two things; His actions did not diminish Cartomancy despite widespread use and he felt he had to do it to prevent some calamitous event.

He began life as a humble seed merchant, taking up the family job when his mother retired. Their magecraft, Cartomantic Divination, had begun to decline. Not becoming imprecise but had reached the pinnacle of what could be achieved. It had nowhere to go or so they believed. He however believed differently. He continually researched cartomancy and different ways of utilizing rituals in order to achieve their dream of using Cartomancy to map out a path to the root.

However one day he performed a tarot card reading and came across a troubling arrangement. It predicted that he would experience success but it would lead to a tragic fall. Investigating further he uncovered the cause; a trio of gods would lay claim to his very soul due to being responsible for providing the tools to the family dream. Yet he did not despair due to a single fact.

The arcana representing this event, the tower, was in the upright position. It meant there was hope. That he could escape his fate... and so he went to work. Divination after divination. He tested several arrangements and sought an answer. Yet it eluded him. That was until he met Jeanne Vattier. She was not quite a magus but possessed supernatural insight. Her suggestion, to try focusing less on the future and more on the subject, worked.

Through tarot readings, he learned more and more about his foes. Their powers, their origins, their plans, and their weaknesses and fates. Through this he learned of a particular trait about his tarot; he could manipulate the world ever so slightly. Normally his family used physical means to interfere with the world and change its fate however he discovered he could alter things very slightly.

Thus a plan was formed. He could not directly confront the trio of gods coming for him. However, he could utilize the future and Cartomancy in order to alter how things would go by using what was pre-determined as a weapon. Instead of allowing them to come into the world all at once, he utilized his talents and a tuner to force each one to come into the world one after the other.

His plan worked. He correctly predicted the order in which each 'God' would enter the world and placed himself perfectly to enact a greater ritual upon their appearance. The ritual would bind them to the location and trap them for eternity, using their very nature to do so. Further, he utilized the confusion to steal from them an authority they had.

Once he had claimed authority from each of the three gods he then worked to fuse them together. Using cartomancy, he managed to successfully create a new authority from their three. He then, with the prior tuner he hired, had it infused into his crest. Yet the result was not what he expected. His very existence was fundamentally changed as did the basis of his magecraft. Yet he did not panic.

Instead, he did something that was sure to draw the association's ire; publishing his family's research on Cartomancy into an easily understood format. Yet due to his actions, he knew that his view of it was far different from the actual practice. Thus cartomancers would not be influenced... only his new brand of magecraft would be. What he dubbed 'Tarot'. Tarot magecraft would be severely weakened but Cartomancy utilizing Tarot would be untouched.

Thus, once the association raided his workshop, his work was complete.

Yet in death he is restless. Realizing death was not the end he now fears a single event that he is unsure about. Whether it will happen, when, or how it will come about. He only knows that it is a possibility. The escape of the three gods. He fears that if they ever escaped their prisons they would seek him out, reclaim their authorities, and then proceed to enact their vile plans for humanity.

    Class Skills
    Existence Outside the Domain: EX
Normally, this skill represents the level of connection a Foreigner-class servant has with a god outside the domain of Earth. However, his case is peculiar. While he does indeed have a level of connection worthy of being EX-Ranked, it is reversed. Rather than a god from beyond Earth's domain influencing his heroic spirit, instead, he has meddled with and stolen from gods outside Earth's domain.

Due to this, he gains the benefits of this skill and none of the costs such as being subservient to the whims of the outer god nor being altered significantly without consent by the whims of outer gods. Instead, such things are solely his decision. Likewise, he still gains divinity and authority from this connection. Further, he is constantly aware of the state of the trio of gods when he is summoned.

If he is ever summoned to a timeline where even one of them is free he would immediately unsummon himself.

The authority he gains from this skill relates directly to divination. It, in essence, acts akin to Clairvoyance EX rank and permits him to gaze between the veils and see possible futures. On its own, it is a more or less useless variant of Clairvoyance as it shows possibilities rather than the actual future. However Jean may utilize his noble phantasm to make use of this variant. In terms of divinity, he generally chooses to keep his low at E-rank. Only when he is outed as a servant will he increase it to high levels to increase his defenses and improve his offense.

    Item Construction: C-
A skill normally allows Caster servants to recreate legendary items and mystic codes from their legends. Tinctures of eternal life, philosopher stones, and enchanted food to name a few. Jean-Baptiste however can only create one sort of item through this skill. He can only create a deck of Tarot cards. He may pick the particular style, utilizing both past, present, and future styles, but ultimately he can only create tarot cards that also function as specialized mystic codes.

Generally, each card must be carefully illustrated and made to fit the style of the chosen deck. Further, he must also enchant them properly to the specific deck's theme. For example, the original style represents a journey to fulfillment and so the Fool card will contain a single-action spell always while the World will always carry a Greater Ritual or High Thaumaturgical spell. Meanwhile, the Thoth style represents ascension and so the last card will always temporarily transform his divinity into a divine core-style skill.

His favorite deck to utilize is the one he made and often prefers drawing the Chariot. He enjoys the confusion it causes when the spell launches pure mana condensed into the form of spinning chariot wheels at his enemies. Alternatively, he enjoys utilizing High Priestess in the reversed position to give someone a glimmer into the possibilities he can see whenever he wishes and the confusion such visions cause.

    Divine Core: E-B
A skill that is normally unattainable even by those holding high levels of divinity simply due to not being a god and lacking the proper worship. Yet, through contrivance and a particular set of skills and magecraft, he can temporarily attain a state akin to a god and gain a divine core that a god would have. Similar to a god it houses his newfound authority and grants him greater control over it.

Not only can he view each possible future much faster he can also, if he focuses, see the events leading up to that possibility. This allows him to meddle in events far more accurately than if he simply relied on the authority his existence grants him. How many events he sees depends entirely on the rank. As he cannot attain its full power he can only catch 1-4 key events that tilt fate towards the possibility he gazes at.

Further, he can only benefit from Divinity equal to the rank of this skill. This rank is determined by the level of Divinity he has when he utilizes a tarot card to turn his divinity into a divine core. In essence, his rank in Divinity minus a rank is the rank of Divine Core he will gain.

    Personal Skills
    The Dark One: C
A skill held by one of the outer gods that he stole from. Han, the Dark One. He trapped Han within a maze that would one day house a portal leading to Yig. A portal that would allow Yig to utilize their superior divinity to bind Han to their service. This skill, which would belong to a servant of Han, grants the servant several bonuses but also a penalty.

Under the cover of night, he gains the benefits of Presence Concealment and Espionage at an equivalent rank. Even should he be detected he'd be looked over as a non-hostile, friendly presence and by some servants unseen. Further, so long as he is unnoticed any attack he lands is ensured to be a critical hit. However while within daylight not only does he lose the benefits of this skill, but he also must be weary of his surroundings as a surprise attack will deal critical damage to him.

    Toad of Berkley: B
A skill associated with another god he stole authority from. God of Forgetfulness, Byatis. Said to have a beard of snakes that petrify any that they bite and gain size and strength from living things it devours. He arranged for Byatis to be trapped within a castle held down by the eventual fate it would suffer in the past. In essence, he utilized a cage of time to keep Byatis within the castle for all eternity.

This skill grants him an ability the forgotten god from beyond Earth's domain had. Gaining strength by devouring his enemies. Whenever he eats the flesh of another living thing he will temporarily benefit from the effects of Monstrous Strength at an equal rank for 1 minute per ounce of flesh he devours. So long as this skill is active his divinity cannot be lower than B-rank and he is considered inhuman for the sake of effects. Specifically, he is considered an alien existence and monstrous.

    Father of Snakes: D
A skill associated with the final god he trapped and stole from. An odd member of the group. Originally a god from Earth itself, an outer god would influence and change their existence to become like them. Even so, its overall temperament did not change. It remained happy with the earth and only became violent during autumn. Before it would simply feast on those within the forest but now would control its brethren in order to devour human sacrifices.

This skill, similar to its namesake, grants him the ability to convert living snakes into familiars. Imparting into them a measure of divinity and mana, snakes made into familiars in this way become akin to divine beasts acting as his messengers and errand runners. Each one is as intelligent as a human and can utilize specific spells to communicate with him and others.

Due to the low rank of this skill, he cannot utilize the divine snakes for anything other than utility purposes.

    Personality
Jean-Baptiste Etteilla is a somewhat odd person. He is very contemplative and considerate yet is blunt and to the point. While as a caster he can be eloquent and well-spoken, as a foreigner he uses sharp, to-the-point language to communicate quickly and efficiently. Due in part to his now slightly alien existence, it is also due to the change brought about by seeing the possibilities of his actions and not wanting to waste words anymore.

Further, he tends to be very methodical and focuses on efficiency in his actions. Not a movement is wasted nor is a breath unwarrantedly spent. He only relaxes for four hours each day whenever, through a combination of skills, he determines that he can relax. This relaxation does not include time spent sleeping as he considers that to be a necessity rather than a luxury.

When he relaxes he will often attempt to create artwork or write literature. While he is often disappointed with his results they are always high quality. Further while relaxing he will refuse to work unless he deems it absolutely necessary. This tends to put him at odds with his masters as he will often win in arguments against his masters regarding the situation and why or why not his presence is required.

The only exception is when a master wishes to relax with him. While he will at first be standoffish he will open up should a master share an interest with him. His favorite activity is the observance of people in metropolitan areas. He finds watching them go about their business to be highly amusing and also meaningful. Something he wouldn't mind sharing with a master that understands him.

In terms of his desire for the grail, it is a very simple, if selfless, desire. He wishes to utilize the magical energy to make the imprisonment of the trio of gods permanent in all timelines. Essentially he wishes to ensure that in all timelines the trio gods' influence on mankind is, at best, minimal and in most timelines non-existent.

    Interactions
Master, Bond 0: I am Servant... Caster. Yes, that is best for now. I will serve you faithfully, so I ask that you simply trust me. We have little time to delay, after all.
Master, Bond 5: Yes, master, it's true. My class is not Caster at all but Foreigner. Do not be mistaken, however. It is not the outer god that has sway over me... it's not reversed either. Leave the matter lay, master. That's all I ask.
Master, Bond 10: Mmmm... A thief... not an inaccurate description. Though, perhaps, missing context. Tell me, master. If an intruder broke into your home intending to vandalize, rob, and deface it... would robbing them before the act be considered wrong? Especially if you had concrete evidence of their intent to act upon it? Some might think it is. I do and did not. Even if it was though... I could not stand by and let them rob me of my humanity. So I stole their alien nature from them
Quetzalcoatl: Hm. A pleasure to meet you. I know what I might feel like but I'm not a sibling. Apologies for the confusion.
Medusa: Hmmm... the snake-haired woman. Though like this you can't even tell she's a monster. She's... similar to me, then huh...?
Marie-Anne Lenormand: Ahhh... a cartomancer. One who more or less discovered the true potential of my family's legacy. Commendable and kudos. My dream was truly realized... 'Tarot' lost its power and 'Cartomancy' retained its might.

    Noble Phantasm
Votre Destin Réside dans les Cartes
    Tarot

    Type: Anti-World
    Rank: EX
A crystallization of his family's true magecraft. What he made it into at least through a combination of his stolen authority and cartomancy. While Cartomancy is capable of reaching this zenith purely on its own, Jean-Baptiste Alleitte created a shortcut and jumped to the conclusion by outsmarting evil gods from beyond the stars that planned to collect on a bargain made to his ancestors.

This noble phantasm's basic effect is the capability of combining his capabilities with a Tarot Deck with his authority granted by Existence Outside the Domain in order to gain an effect akin to Clairvoyance at EX rank. While it is not truly a perfect future vision, it is near perfect as tarot reading will narrow down the possible futures to the most likely to occur. It utilizes knowledge outside his purview and so could be called true future vision.

When he utilizes the true name its real power reveals itself. Akin to a certain cartomancer he can meddle within the bounds of fate. Unlike them, though he has no restrictions. Whether it is because he can glimpse at all possibilities and see what leads to them, or perhaps due to being an accomplished cartomancer himself with this noble phantasm, the end result is the ability to meddle with fate itself.

Specifically, he can do one of two things. He can either ensure a possible future will happen or he can alter an ongoing event. Either by utilizing fate to guide another to interfere or altering the world to do it itself. The end result is fate being directly affected and altered irrevocably. Due to this generally being taboo, he refrains from utilizing this aspect much. Rather he will often utilize it to alter his own fate and prevent injury or prevent his attacks from missing.

However, to utilize this he requires two things. One he must have his Divine Core active. Second, he must have a tarot deck fully stocked. Finally, he must not have any of his skills sealed. When these conditions are fulfilled, he may freely utilize this noble phantasm. However each time he fully utilizes it, its cost is equivalent to a C-rank noble phantasm. Its passive cost very little, however.

    Avenger of Detective Fiction
    -- Father of Mysteries --

"Why hello there master, my identity is the Chevalier Auguste Dupin. Would you like some tea? Hmm, too much honey."

    Class:Avenger
    Other Classes: Ruler, Assassin, Caster
    True Name: C. Auguste Dupin
    Alignment: Neutral Good
    Origin: France, America

    Parameters:

    STR: D
    END: C
    AGI: C
    MGI: A
    LCK: B
    NP: A

    Likes: Tea, Mysteries, Books
Dislikes: Murderers, Untalented Criminals, Sherlock Holmes
    Talent: Solving Mysteries
    Natural Enemy: Sherlock Holmes
    Armament: “My wits.”
    Catalyst: A detective story

    Class Skills

    Avenger (B):
A phantom fusion of effectively countless overshadowed detectives, all of whom unite in hatred of one man: Sherlock Holmes. While as a different servant, this skill would turn them into an embodiment of vengeance, gaining massive strength when taking damage. However, because Dupin himself has no ill will towards Holmes, the skill is weakened.

    Oblivion Correction (A):
Forgotten names and faces gathering around Dupin, their rank in this Skill is high due to how their stories and they themselves are unremembered. Dupin himself mocks this skill as useless due to him naturally having a photographic memory.

    Self-Replenishment (Mana) (C):
As long as there is a Mystery to solve, Dupin’s shadows will continue to allow him to live. They will not allow themselves to be snuffed out once again.

    Counter-Hero (Detective) (B):
A skill which Avenger gained for the sole purpose of killing their main target, Sherlock Holmes. This essentially grants them abilities that would be extremely useful in fighting a detective, (destroying evidence, gaining strength against opponents who have investigated them, etc) essentially letting Dupin also play the part of the criminal.

    Unwilling Murderer (C):
A skill denoting a servant who was pushed into the Avenger class by circumstances outside their control. It differs from Innocent Monster in that it was not malicious rumor that twisted a Servant into an embodiment of revenge, but rather an outside party. This skill allows Dupin to not fully throw himself into the Avenger class, remaining a much more versatile servant.

" “Of course the old ghosts would come to take their vengeance. Don’t worry though, I have them in check. Although sometimes I think of letting them loose on that scum that sneered at me as quite inferior.”"

    Personal Skills
    The First Detective (EX)

A skill denoting Dupin’s status as the first famous detective in the modern mystery story. This skill, exacerbated by the crowds of shadows, essentially monopolizes his idea of the detective, letting him become the ideal detective for the situation. Essentially, this skill forces him to be lucky, finding clues when none can be found, becoming privy to secret information, etc.

" I don’t actually care much for this title, but it is my title."

    Ratiocination (EX)

Dupin’s own unique form of investigation which involves him thinking like a murderer and thus knowing everything they have done. One famous use of it was completely going through a person’s thoughts for a 15 minute conversation. It allows him to borderline read people’s minds, predicting them perfectly through facts and logic.

" Hmm, give me a moment to think."

    All Kinds of Specialties (B)

Due to the vast number of Shadows he contains, with skills ranging from Magecraft to cooking, he has a vast number of abilities which he never had in life.

" I thought the ghosts were a pain, but I guess they have their uses."

    Inherent Insight (A)

Although the principle is entirely different, he can perform foresight equivalent to the future foresight of Clairvoyance. In the case of being used against Servants, should the luck check succeed it will see through the truth, even one firmly concealed by means of magic or Noble Phantasms. However, his variant of this skill is weaker than that of Sherlock Holmes’, something which bothers him.

" Just give me a moment Master, I’ll find the killer just as good as any Brit!"

    Noble Phantasm(s)
Twists and Turns of the Story
    The Purloined Letter

"What’s my Phantasm you ask? It’s actually quite simple. “Elementary” if you will.:"
    ...
    "----
    "

    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: B
    Range: -
    Max Targets: 1 person

Dupin’s most famous story in which he recovered a letter written by the French queen. That’s all well and good, but the story also goes and implies that Dupin himself was the thief. So in that case, what actually is the phantasm. Its own solving is an enigma and it creates enigmas. Essentially, it is a constantly active phantasm that creates problems for Dupin to solve for his own advantage. It grants him a constant form of shadow replenishment as well as allowing him to confuse and bewilder his enemies by casting them into a Mystery. However, his ultimate Mystery is….

    The Original Mystery
    Murders in the Rue Morgue

"Ah, my curious Master, you continue to look deep into Mysteries. A mage after my own heart. Well, enjoy my secret phantasm:"
    ...
    "----
    "

    Type: Anti-Self
    Rank: B
    Range: -
    Max Targets: 1 person

This Noble Phantasm is a crystallization of hundreds of detectives. Hundreds of killers. It all comes back to this. Everything else is immaterial. This Noble Phantasm forces all trapped into archetypal roles as they attempt to navigate the original mystery. It allows Avenger to be one of two things. The criminal or the detective.

If they select being the criminal, then they will be given almost unparalleled presence concealment and terror for them will be equivalent to the way London felt after Jack the Ripper. Stalking the night as a monster out of all the depraved murderers of the world, they will pick off their enemies one by one in seemingly impossible untraceable murders.
If they select the detective, then their mental faculties and miscellaneous skills will increase thousands of times over. The individual skills of all those phantoms will be given to Dupin, crystallizing into a super detective the likes of which the world has never seen. They will be treated as the “hero” of the story and will be given powers needed to fulfill the plot and solve the murder. The downside of choosing the detective is that the phantasm then has to manufacture a killer…

Each mode can only be used once.

    Description
Avenger’s true name is C. Auguste Dupin, an enigmatic figure who appeared to have been a 19th century French gentleman detective. He is most known for having been featured in three primary stories, called the start of the Detective genre. That would have been it, but his creation led to a new genre that would be dominated by one new detective: Sherlock Holmes. Holmes would monopolize the genre, with every other detective story being diminished by his own sun. These shadows flocked to their father Dupin, turning him into an Avenger class.

In personality, Dupin is the perfect gentleman. Intelligent, polite, dignified, and loyal. He enjoys solving mysteries for their own sake and to help others. However, there is always some hint of evil in him. Maybe the shadows? Or maybe some natural darkness lurking in his soul. It is unclear, but Dupin remains a gentleman with a hint of darkness.

    Relationships

Daniel Steibert: “I couldn’t tell you why, but I feel a kinship with him. Curious.”

Sherlock Holmes: “I bear you no ill will, but fate has preordained that I must kill you. En garde.”

James Moriarty: “Fascinating. I wonder if I, at my prime, could have defeated the Napoleon of Crime.”

Christian Caldwell: “There’s no need to be so paranoid. There are much easier methods for finding witches…”

The Scarlet Pimpernel: “So, you turned out to be a woman? I guess in this world that’s normal. I have to thank you for saving some men from Madame Guillotine though. I have no stomach for death.”

    Creator's Notes
I’ve had this idea for a while. I got the idea from Morg’s Steibert.

Any advice? Did i mess something up? Making him an avenger was probably a weird choice. But I kind of like it.

I’d like to answer, but I’m genuinely unsure as to what you just said.

Ok, so I think I understand your question

    1. The phantasm "modes" last until the mystery is solved or until he runs out of mana.

    2. His skills are mainly information gathering, so he's not a fighter. If they made him fight I'd imagine some degree of Magecraft mixed in with having his shadows help.

    3. The type of master he'd have is up in the air, but he'd probably prefer a refined gentleman or someone to be his assistant.

Does that answer your questions koga?

Do any other of y'all have thoughts?

    Saber of Bosnia

Master, Servant Saber welcomes you. Tell me, what about my beloved Bosnia?

    Class: Saber
True Name: Stefan Tvrtko I Kotromanich
    Alignment: Neutral Good
    Place of Origin: Bosnia
    Armament: Sword and Shield

    STRENGE — C
    ENDURANCE — B
    AGILITY — D
    MANA — C
    LUCK — B
    NP — EX

    Class skills:

    Riding(B)

The skill of the Saber and Rider classes. He lived in an era when the ability to ride a horse or something else was highly valued.

    Magic Resistance(C+)

Provides protection from magical effects. Unlike the resistance effect, which simply rejects magical energy, this ability completely cancels spells. He has no history of fighting mages, but his faith gives him a modifier of +

    Personal skills:

    Imperial Privilege C

This skill is an ability, thanks to the owner's perseverance, Skills that are essentially impossible to possess can be acquired in a short amount of time.

Saber can acquire the following skills: Charisma, Military Tactics, Swordsmanship, Eye for Art and Subversive Activities.

Always be prepared for anything that might get in the way of my Bosnia

    Defence of Bosnia A

A variant of the Defense of the Faith skill, a unique version for Saber. This is the embodiment of his love for his native country, for which he was ready to do anything. This partly gives him a + modifier for the Magic Resistance skill.

    Independent action C

The ability to remain independent even when refusing to supply Magical Energy from one's Master; the ability to act even in the absence of the Master. Without a master, Saber can stay in the world for 24 hours. This skill is due to the fact that during his lifetime Saber sought the independence of his country and under him Bosnia became a very strong kingdom, but, alas, after his death, Bosnia never regained its former greatness.

    Noble Phantasm:

    Moja draga Bosna
    Golden age country
    EX

The embodiment of Saber's love for his country, which reached the peak of power under him. No ruler of Bosnia has been able to repeat Saber's success. This Noble Phantasm is essentially an upgraded Demon Realm Defender skill.

To activate NP, Saber first needs to find a girl or woman who must volunteer to become the embodiment of Bosnia. From now on, she will become a Saber Master by obtaining command seals, and it will also break the contract with the current Saber Master. In principle, a female master can immediately become the embodiment of Bosnia.

Saber will then be able to gain control of the ley lines by claiming the territory as his own.

Saber's territory will be unusual. All ordinary people living on it, regardless of origin, will identify themselves as Bosnians and worship Saber as a king. In addition, their wounds, like those of Saber, will heal very quickly, literally in an instant. They will also be able to teleport and even disappear.

In fact, this entire area is the entrance to Saber's Reality Marble. Reality Marble is superimposed on the world like two sheets of paper on top of each other.

In this world is Bosnia itself, or rather Saber's fantasy of his country, which is represented by a beautiful country that is in the state of the Golden Age. Here, Saber and his people are, one might say, invulnerable, all their wounds heal in a split second. They easily move from one world to another, while others will not be able to get there so easily. Here is the embodiment of Bosnia, the master of Saber. It is she who sustains the whole world. Her death will destroy Reality Marble, kill all the Bosnians, and severely injure Saber.

    Description:

    Likes: Bosnia
    Dislikes: All who harm Bosnia
Natural enemy: Stepan Ostoja and Tvrtko II

Saber's true name is Stefan Tvrtko I Kotromanich, the first king of Bosnia, under whom this country was able to achieve greatness for the only time in its history.

Stefan is a man of few words and, frankly, strange. He shows little interest in anything, the modern world does not bother him, all he wants is to return to Bosnia. The master is unlikely to be able to cope with him.

But for the embodiment of Bosnia, Tvrtko shows an unusual tenderness. If she is still a child, then Stefan will treat her like a father - he will educate, teach and will not deny himself the pleasure of pampering the child. In relation to the same age, Tvrtko will be treated like a lover, and even a woman in her years - like a mother.

It should be noted that Stephen's love for his native country has a different nature than simple patriotism. In essence, he feels such love for Bosnia, as if Bosnia were alive. This is where the nature of his Noble Phantasm comes from.

Tvrtko is dangerous in combat. He does not shackle himself with honor, believing that he does not have such a luxury as a fight by the rules. He defends Bosnia, and therefore must win at any cost. However, Tvrtko will not condemn the enemy for the reciprocal vile tricks and honestly warns that he will not fight by the rules. He rarely makes alliances and is ready to break them if the fate of Bosnia depends on it.

He likely wouldn’t fight a lot, but would use his skills to have many “just as planned” moments and make alliances. He’d then use his phantasm to take out the final survivor

I want to share my first PbP PVP RP character, I am extremely fond of her. She was affectionally called differently by other players, Hilde-chan (to differentiate her from other Hilde which is more -san type), Gardie, but I personally call her Castank, because she is tanky for a Caster... and have firepower equal to an MLRS, or perhaps nuke.

"I have a dream... A shining, blinding, faraway dream...
    And I sincerely wish...

Pious devotion to one's God, even as right now, she believes that still holds true to her.
To be the messenger that carries on his words, to be the prophet that carries on his will; it is the most honored mission for a faithful servant of God such as herself.
She presents herself to be a prophet that guides the Holy Grail to the hand of the worthy, saying she only wanted to prevent the mock Holy Chalice falling under the wrongdoers' hand.

But deep down, she feels something lacking in her.
She feels there is a missing component inside her as a human, a characteristic that can be found in other people, but not her own.
A heart? A soul? A free will? No, she clearly has them.
She can also function as a human just fine. Sure she can be a little bit shy, she also often speaks in a very low voice tone as she is overwhelmed by people around her.
Having a hobby for language and songs, talents on botany and medication, and other unimportant human behaviors.

What she lacks is something so mundane, something you don't need to put effort to have, yet so alien-

"What does sleeping without dreaming feel like?"

It's a stupid desire, she is fully aware of that.

But as far as she can remember, her nights of sleep are spent on honored dialogues with the Holy Spirit. Every day, every sleep. It's not like she is burdened by those holy dreams, it's always a joyous and emotional journey for a mortal like her.

    Even so...

How does it feel skipping hours or even a day by simply blinding your vision? What does 'blacked-out' feel like? How different is it with a starless night? Are you scared of complete darkness? Do you feel bad knowing you wasted your lifetime in something so monotone? Do you wish for a dream every time you sleep? Do you-

    Questions, questions, and more questions.
She continues questioning what she didn't understand and hasn't experienced yet, the same curiosity she expresses about her majestic and holy dream. But she finds an answer for those, but not the former. It is not something curable either, after all, what she has is a talent rather than sickness.

"Call it a science curiosity if you will."

God encourages men to seek knowledge, after all.

Perhaps, the Holy Grail War is God's answer for her overwhelming confusion. A reward given to one of his most devoted followers. A chance is being gifted to satisfy her undying curiosity. And she is too happy to find out what the Holy Grail War is like, how the modern world is like, and she is very stubborn to learn about them. The person that may become her partner will be showered by arrays of questions, if she opened her heart to them. Just like a scientist sidetracked from their original goal because of new findings.

    Lore and Speech Example

    Lore:
Hildegard von Bingen, a 12th-century Catholic saint, beatified a century later but only canonized as "Doctor of the church" nine centuries after her death. She is a multi-talented figure that excels in both scientific and spiritual knowledge: music, philosophy, botany, medical knowledge, arguably the founder of natural history and a gifted visionary.

Hildegard was born in Germany as the youngest child of a lower noble family, serving Count Meginhard of Sponheim. At the age of three, she began experiencing visions. Knowing their daughter's gift, her parents quickly offered her to the Benedictine monastery as an oblate for her to devote herself to monastic life.

Write down what you see and hear.

That is what the light whispered gently to her ears.

At first, she is hesitant to write and imagines it again. She then struck on great suffering and pain, as if God was displeased with her conduct. She began to write and paint what she saw, and the pain gradually disappeared. At this time, she realizes she is not a simple human being. She is a human that is engineered to spread the divine truth of God; an instrument of God, she concludes. Hildegard continues being a very intelligent woman and rises into a Magistra - the equivalent of the modern world doctorate.

“My belief is in the Lord and Catholic faith, not the lenient Church that can bend their way for worldly desires.”

She spent her life preaching the Lord's teaching, including criticizing Frederick I of Germany, Henry II of England and Pope Anastasius IV's way of crusades or wars in her letter to them. She continues to contribute to both religious and medical knowledge, achieving a way to apply divine language to her choirs, finding the importance of components on herbs, and being able to understand the humoral theory of the human body; feats ahead of her time.

How she died is unspecified, but there is an incident where she defends a corpse of an excommunicated man by the Church to be buried like any other Christians, resulting in the annoyance of the Church as a result. Shortly after, her sisters saw gigantic red crosses of light in the distance, and she was reported dead.

    Speech Examples:
"As Heaven wills it, I have come to your aid as a Servant Caster. Eh, louder…? You can’t hear me clearly? Uh… uhm...”
"Surely... I do not understand, what is this… a mirror?" *sees a smartphone*
"Why does the modern world have a mirror that works like a grimoire? How does the image shown on the screen move together alongside my finger? How does a camera capture the scenery into the mirror grimoire? Why are these video games thingy fun? How did th-" *becomes bashful as she realizes she is too excited*
"...Are you going to hinder the mission The Lord has sent to me?"
"You might try... but it will never happen..."

    Armament, Class and Personal Skills
    ARMAMENT:

    Rank:
    B
It is the Skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus, such as for the purpose of collecting mana. Most of her works don't rely on grand buildings or well-equipped laboratories, however, she can organize some morality plays that require a stage to commence smoothly.

    Item Construction
    Rank:
    A
It is the Skill to manufacture magical items, from implements of war to items for daily use. In case of her Noble Phantasm genesis being stolen, she can make another as the most important component of it is the texts that she memorized, but it takes time.

Hildegard is a polymath well-achieved in the field of botanical medicines and religious literature. She is known as a healer that employs religious mysticism in the essence of herbs, human anatomy, and spiritual healings. In the literature side, she already achieved in the field of morality play, and constructed language such as her manuscript — Scivias and the unknown language — Lingua Ignota.

    PERSONAL SKILLS:
    Doctor of the Church
    Rank:
    C
A composite Skill that constitutes her expertise on modern medicine and her status as a Saint. At this rank, the ability of Saint she received is "raising the effectiveness of sacraments" and "automatic HP recovery" which capable to be applied to strengthen and heal others.

Not only she uses mystic art, but she also incorporates scientific medications. Caster is able to operate a physical treatment like an actual doctor from her era, allowing her to heal using a scientific herb mix and treat common injuries like bleeding, burns, and broken limbs. Earning her the title Doctor of The Church.

    Revelation
    Rank:
    C
A Skill to “hear the voice of heaven” and take optimum action. Unlike Instinct, Revelation accommodates all matters related to the achievement of a goal such as choosing the most suitable path while traveling or locating the enemy’s location. A ‘function’ Caster’s soul possesses independent from the body.

Because she is only able to converse with God when she is asleep and has no control of the event, she normally can't access the Skill. She can only access the Skill when she is asleep. But as a compensation, her Revelation is more potent than those of the same Rank, such as finding out an enemy’s True Name.

She has seen visions of light from 3 years old, and the vision continues to be stronger as she grows older. Then she decided to carry out what God has commanded her for.

    High Speed Incantation
    Rank:
    A
The careful but nimble hymn of Caster to express [Heaven’s Choir] can be applied in her spell, giving her the capacity to recite spells at high speeds. At this rank, ten-count arias may be cast at the speed of one-line incantations.

    Heaven's Choir
    Rank:
    A
A special branch of Church Sacrament, which deploys Magecraft by means of 'words of God' - [Lingua Ignota]. Though the Lingua Ignota alphabet is seemingly pronounced like Latin, it is a carefully structured word carrying the actual divine truths that ordinary humans and even magi can't simply comprehend, comparable to the lost unified language. By using her Lingua Ignota and choirs as her formula, she is able to activate her Light-element magecraft that also doubles as Mana Burst (Light), which carries both destructive and defensive properties, just like the judgment of God. At this rank, magical effects of A-rank or below can be created based on the Servant's general knowledge of magecraft in a similar manner to a Magic Crest.

It is something not she invented by herself, in a sense that it was the language used by the Holy Spirit to communicate with her for carrying the mission and she writes down with that very language what she sees and hears.

Her magecraft are taken from one of the sections of her genesis - the Scivias, an illustrated book imagining the visions she saw and consructed an original formula by herself. These are examples of the spells she has, which coincidentally uses the modern title of the chapters in the Scivias:
Aria Intercept, The Pillar of the Word of God: The divine truths that came from her mouth can't be understood by ordinary men, but it's not meaningless. Every single word that she audibly speaks of has a meaning or two, and just as she mixes human language with God's, she mixes her own chant in the middle of the enemy's. Intercepting an enemy's actions that require chanting to activate by means of disturbing the essence of their chant by inserting a new meaning from their own.

Enforcing Walls of Light, The Triple Wall: A utility spell creating three very solid walls of light. It can be used to entrap them, crush their body by flattening them from three different directions or used as a three-layer defensive shield-wall.

Soul Extraction, The Soul and Your Pavilion: Create a very blinding light that forcefully separates one's mind from their body to enter an astral state, making them very vulnerable from magical attacks for some durations.

Three Wings, The Zeal of God: By means of emulating the archangel, she creates wings of light on the back to act as a booster for the target to soar freely.

Three Lightning Strikes, The Pillars of the True Trinity: Three gigantic pillars of light in the shape of the cross appear and strike from the sky like lightning.

The Visioneer, The Visionary: Forcefully enter the state of dreaming to trigger her Revelation skill. In this state, she enters a holy dialogue with the Holy Spirit to search for a divine truth.

    Noble Phantasms

    Ordo Virtutum
Symphony of the Harmonizing Celestial Revelations

    Rank:
    C
    Type: Barrier

An allegorical morality play Hildegard composed during the construction and relocation of her Abbey at Rupertsberg in 1151, manifested as a Noble Phantasm.

Upon activating its True Name, Hildegard began to choirs. The song did not tell a biblical story or a saint's life, but it tells the struggle of human souls — the Anima — between God's virtue and the devil's temptation. It is a distress call from a faithful slave of God, longing for the connection of mortals to the Creator.

It is an application of Lingua Ignota not with words but divine melodies. As she sang, divine light covered a small area around Hildegard, then angels started appearing above from the light, to join her choir. In the center source of the light, one can see a glimpse of the kingdom of heaven in all of its glory, where all the angels descend. At this point, it is no longer a Magecraft, but a divine blessing directly from the angels that breathe life into the surrounding area.

As the angels began to choir, life around the light began to sprout. Plants, trees, animals, humans: all of them will be revitalized back to fitness by cleansing bad status effects, periodically healing both of their health and magical energy in great amounts. During the activation, Hildegarde must continue to praise and sing inside the light. Moving outside of the area will cancel the Noble Phantasm.

    Liber Divinorum Operum
The Walking Library of Divine Works

    Rank:
    A+
    Type: Anti-Unit (Self)

Hildegard's last and grandest visionary work had its genesis in one of the few times she experienced something like an ecstatic loss of consciousness — the genesis she always carries as her Mystic Code. The Liber Divinorum Operum — It is the passage that records all of the divine revelations she experienced and carries the true nature of said revelations.

By activating its True Name, Hildegard fuse with her own genesis to access what she dubbed as 'Dialogue Mode'. In this state, she becomes much more fluent in using the Lingua Ignota: allowing her to use multiple spells at once, halved magical energy cost, and a Rank up on all of her spells upon cast. Not only that, but it also boosts her Revelation and Doctor of the Church skill to Rank A and removes the former's restriction; she also gains Divinity at Rank A (The Divinity she gains from the Holy Spirit.)

The true nature of the genesis itself is Hildegard's realization of what actually happened to herself during 'the dialogue with God'. Instead of a dialogue, it is the hijacking of her body by the Holy Spirit to commence her mission to spread the divine truth to the masses. Or in Hildegard's own explanation - she saw all things in the light of God through the five senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch.

An instrument of God not dissimilar in function to King Solomon.

Haha, my friends love her because of her character, as a Sheet itself a lot of my newer Sheets has surpassed her in term of quality.

i simp with you. its a lovely sheet through and through.

the only thing that i would suggest is how you order your skills.
First, I would merge Saint and Medical Technique into "Doctor of the Church" as it is a certain title if I understood that right.
Then I would order the skills like that

Doctor of the Church (or S and MT still separated)
    Revelation
    High Speed Incantation
    Heaven's Choir

Baseline what she is (doctor, saint) - why she is (through contact with the divine) - what powers did she gain from it (lingua ignota)

Usually I would put HSI below HC because the former mentions the latter, but i dislike adding skills below listings, as they tend to be overlooked and don't look that good in terms of formatting, imo.

some high-level nitpicks, but thats the gist of my philosophy before i entered my current path of formatting.

    A very fair criticism.

This sheet used the format for that RP, and Medical Technique was given as a free Skill to buff her character, but that's just justification for my laziness to adapt to normal format.

And that's a very good framework , I might want to copy that.

    Taiga Shaman

Heheheheh, I'm a perfectly normal sniper, comrade. No demons or imps ... probably

    Class: Caster
    True Name: Semyon Nomokonov
    Alignment: Neutral Good
    Place of Origin: USSR
    Armament: Sniper rifle, smoking pipe

    STRENGE — D
    ENDURANCE — D
    AGILITY — A
    MANA — B
    LUCK — B
    NP — B

    Class skills:

    Territory Creation(none)

    Replaced by Forest Ambush skill

    Item Construction C

Caster is able to create traps, he can also make various amulets and jewelry, where various evil spirits sit.

    Personal skills:

    Forest Ambush A

A skill similar to the Demonic Defender of the State. This is the Servant's ability to mark a forest area as his personal domain, securing the surrounding ley lines before combat. Being on his territory, Caster gains the ability to see everyone who enters it, moreover, on the territory he gains the Stealth of Presence skill (A)

The woods are Caster's territory. He is a master of disguise in such spaces and can be almost invisible there. In addition, he likes to set up traps there to distract enemies and shoot them.

Do you love forests? I was born and raised there Comrade. My friends live there. Do you want me to introduce them?

    Familiars(Nechist') B

Caster is able to enter into contracts with the spirits of the Siberian forests, which he calls nechist. In English, this name is translated as evil spirits, but Caster does not like this name.

Evil spirits? How evil are they, Comrade? Mischievous - yes, they love it. But there is no malice in them, do not worry. Just don't use that toothbrush now, they... well, you won't like what they cleaned with it.

    Trophy pipe B

Two smoking pipes with which Custer went through the whole war. In addition to smoking tobacco, he made notches on these pipes according to the number of soldiers and officers killed by them. One of the pipes was destroyed in the battle and Custer had to take a new one.

These pipes carry a reserve of mana equal to the number of nicks. This can allow the Caster to exist without a Master, and can be replenished by killing enemies. Caster can only restore a smoking pipe once.

You cannot put marks on a state-owned rifle. They say you're spoiling it. Yes, and they can replace it, but the war is over - I handed it over. Pipe is always with me.

    Noble Phantasm:

    Тайга-матушка
Inhabitants of the forests from the other side
    B

This NP can only be activated in a forest under Caster's control. After activation, the forest will turn into a dense taiga, no matter in what part of the world it is located. Custer's body will also increase in height and change - it will be covered with leaves and knots, the rifle will become one whole with his hand. In this taiga there will also be rampant evil spirits that harm Caster's enemies.

    Description:

Likes: Soviet Union, forests, hunting, walking with a gun
    Dislikes: Nazism, capitalism, big cities
Natural enemy: Adolf Hitler, Simo Häyhä

Caster’s True name is Semyon Nomokonov, Soviet sniper. During the Great Patriotic War, he destroyed 368 German soldiers and officers, including one major general. He also received the nickname Taiga Shaman, due to rumors that he has connections with evil spirits or nechist’.

Semyon, being a Transbaikalian - he is a Khamnigan by nationality - eschews big cities. He likes forests more, where he likes to walk and hunt. He always smiles, even when he shoots someone in the head. However, he bears no malice towards anyone - except Nazis - and can interact quite normally with servants of various backgrounds. However, he will often play pranks on the capitalists.

To the Master, or rather Comrade, Nomokonov will be treated as a friend. If his Master is a child, then Semyon will take on the role of a grandfather - he will teach him to hunt, survive in the forest, and so on.

    Relations:

Simo Häyhä — White death? Heard about you. You spoiled the blood of the Red Army a lot. I propose a duel. Let's see which one of us is good at disguise

Adolf Hitler — You know, I still regret that I didn’t manage to spit in your face, you bastard. If you think that you can get by with a bullet in the forehead... you are deeply mistaken!

Lyudmila Pavlichenko — Lyudka, ha, good to see you. Do you know if Vaska Zaitsev is here too? If so, then the old gang is assembled

    Hopefully, this isn't too bad

    Class: Archer
    Alternative Classes: Avenger
    Source: Historic Fact
    Origin: Normandy
    True Name: William the Conquerer
    Sex: Female
    Height/ Weight: 178m/ 85kg
    Alignment: Lawful Evil
    Likes: Food, Conquest
    Dislikes: The British, Being Questioned
    Talents: Military Strategy, Navigating Alliances
Appearence: Summoned in her years as a Conquerer, William has not yet put on her infamous weight that would prevent her from actually being able to fight. Due to her obsession with appearing like a mighty King to her subjects in order to project an image of Conquest, she has emulated the image of King Arthur and so visually resembles Artoria Pendragon
    Natural Enemy: Rebels

    Parameters:
    Strength: C
    Endurance: E
    Agility: E
    Magical Energy: B
    Luck: A
    Noble Phantasm: C+

    Skills:
    Class Skills
Independent Action: C It is possible for a Servant to stay in the world for one day without a Master.
Magic Resistance: E Cannot cancel spells, but magic damage is reduced somewhat.

    Personal Skills
Tactics: C While William seemed like a tactical genius to the standards of 1066, her expertise lies largely in the use of Archery as a barrier and proper usage of environmental elements to set up a battle formation.
Tyrant’s Command: A William’s authority is absolute, all who are aligned with her will feel a subtle and slight compulsion to go along with her orders.

    Noble Phantasm:
    Personal Bow of the King
    The Conqueror’s Crossbow:
    Anti-Unit, Rank E
A Crossbow used by William the Conquerer during battle. It is a normal crossbow with no magical qualities, except for the fact that it’s high quality enough to sustain multiple usages of Magically Enhanced Arrows. As a normal human being with no interaction with magic, however, William would require these to be provided by another, such as their Master. It’s precision and range combined with the long time it takes to replace an arrow means it is used typically as a long-distance sniping weapon.

    Unalterable Judgement of the King
    The Domesday Book:
    Anti-Nation, Rank A-
A catalogue of everything William owns. On the surface, it would seem to have little practical use outside of allowing William to track her own possessions, but due to William’s warped concepts of ownership, it counts William’s subjects and their possessions as possessed by William, and all those in any sort of formal agreement with William as their subjects. Of course, William is considered a subject of herself. Furthermore, the book updates automatically and is omnipresent, allowing William to accurately check who is allies with her in real-time. Furthermore, this means that William has ownership over what is owned by her “subjects”, meaning that she can use them freely and take direct control of their possessions at her own discretion, including possessions like magical spells and Noble Phantasms. The only limitation of William’s control is that she cannot take control of a living being even if they are listed as a subject.

    The Endless Fields of Famine
    The Harrying:
    Anti-Army, Rank C
The encapsulation of William’s cruelty towards her subjects. In life, the Monarch put down the last of the Anglo-Saxons to reject her status of King in the North of England by a starvation campaign via scorched earth tactics. It is estimated that as many as 75% of the population may have been killed by the initial attacks and the long-term effects of William’s men destroying food reserves and farming equipment. William’s campaigns against the North became immortalised as the infamous harrying of the North.
The Noble Phantasm is a manifestation of William’s reputation as a brutal tyrant and the infamy of her scorched earth policies as a reality marble caused by William’s warped desire to conquer and wipe out all those who deny them conquest over them, a land completely barren of life and where none can ever grow again. It is activated by use of a an arrow head shot from William’s bow, which does no damage to the individual shot. It has no offensive capabilities, but once activated, it never releases those who are caught in it. In short, it is a trap for those caught within it to slowly kill them via starvation limited by William’s poor-quality magic circuits and the fact it can only be used on those who are already listed the Domesday Book. This means that practically, it can only be used by William as a measure against her own subjects. If she used it in England or Normandy, she could therefore trap the entire population of the country.

    Lore:
William the Conquerer is the King of England who marks the beginning of the British Royal Line that continues to this day, with the current Royal Family being her descendants, however distant. Beginning as the Duke of Normandy in France, William the Bastard would claim a right to the English Throne after allegedly being named the successor of the childless King Edward. However, the Throne would actually be taken by Harold Godwinson, leading to a Norman Invasion of England in 1066 to take the throne by force. The English forces, weakened by prior battles with Vikings also staking a claim to the throne, were no match to William’s strategies and usage of superior bows and bowmen, with King Harold famously being killed by an alleged arrow in the eye in the Battle of Hastings. William would have you know that she was the one who shot him there. As such, William would conquer England, and become King.
As King, William was a brutal tyrant who regularly violently put down resistance against her conquest. One particularly violent put down of resistance in the North of the country gained her infamy due to the use of scorched earth tactics leading to it being considered an early example of genocide. She is also noteworthy for the Domesday Book, a record of all the belongings and property within the country, that also enforced feudalism over the nation - with William being the “true owner” of the land and all others simply her tenants.
William would grow fat and bloated over years of gluttony and excess, and after dying in a horse accident, her body would burst during the funeral - which was held in France and not England.

    Personality:

William has a long-lasting complex about her upbringing as a bastard, with her being known prior to her conquest of England as William the Bastard. The complete lack of control she felt as someone whose social standing was determined by the fact of being born out of wedlock with no say in it herself would become the foundation for her obsession with conquest, begging a forcible attempt to gain control over as much as she could to compensate.
She hates all who would get in her way - both rebels against her and rivals for her position -, adores those who are useful to her and cares little for those she actually conquers. The fact that she is above them and in control of their life is enough.
Despite her rather controlling personality, she can effectively hide it to further conquer more and more to make herself more presentable as an ally or as a ruler and is an effective maker and navigator of various alliances. But, when she wins control of a populace, all efforts at pretence stop and she exploits them for all they’re worth.
In a Grail War, she would instantly see her contract with her Master as a case of them being her subject and therefore the Book would give them ownership of their Command Seals and any other magical systems they would set up. For the war’s opening half, they would operate off alliance building to create a network to use to conquer enemies indirectly, building up a personal connection with her allies and taking a leadership role so that the Book would give them control of their Noble Phantasms and then in the second half would exploit this to render her enemies unable to use their own Noble Phantasms and kill them without significant risk.

    Relationships:

    Artoria Pendragon - Saber:
As a former King of the territory William would rule over, they have a begrudging respect for the King of Knights as a ruler, but they despise the values they stood for, viewing the legacy of Arthur as a hero who held out to protect the country from invasion while William seeks to be seen as a feared absolute ruler who conquered the country via an invasion. For this reason, in life they sought to take the imagery of Arthur for their own to destroy Arthur the image in the eyes of the people, and supplant with their own.
    Robin Hood - Archer:
As a rebel from England, William views Robin as the worst of the worst. A symbol of how rebellion is an irritating barrier between the ruler and absolute dominion over a nation.
    Jeanne d’Arc - Ruler:
Views the woman as a fool. In her eyes, Jeanne has reversed what the relationship between a hero and their nation should be like, the nation is something to take for yourself and turn into your possession, not to fight and dedicate your life to protecting.
    Iskander - Rider:
Too similar to them in their love of conquest for them to see as anything other than a rival. Ironically, William could never understand Iskander’s life of conquest, what’s the point of conquest if you’re not going to exploit the resources you conquered it for?
Anyone unlucky enough to be their Master:
Views anyone who would take power away from her as a threat and will use the Domesday Book to remove the Command Seals from the situation and then the Harrying to trap them out of sight for the rest of the War.
