Also the fact that Calvaria Star is "the pinnacle of magecraft achievable by human intellect", so it should be beyond stuff like Atlas 7 weapons.
It has the same Mystery as Excalibur, it even uses the same gimmick where it amplifies light via convergence and acceleration. Except it uses 3 years worth of Ciel's magical capacity, which is silly to think about. I wonder if the rest of the BA has something similar.
She certainly matches up with Hansa's hype.

So is Ciel stronger than God Arjuna, to use an extreme example? Comparing Ciel to the peak of Arcueid's power is not going to give you the best image.

Not after Archetype Earth's GO profile. You're going to get a super powerhouse Altrouge and you're going to deal with it.
I wouldn't be surprised if she is the strongest BA on account of being Arc's rival. What with Arc outright saying all executors are mosquitoes, with Ciel being the exception.

I keep thinking that a good chunk of Ciel's capabilities as a BA member come from being a former host of Roa's even though I know that's not true.
With Altrouge's thing mainly attributed to Primate Murder in OG, it's likely that she got some buff in Remake without it.
That, and possessing Arcueid's hair should be more elaborated upon one day.

As for Ciel, I would compare her to LB Morgan; powerful, resourceful mage whose caveat is through enough preparations and disposals.

Altrouge is stated to be "a celestial being" on the same scale. They can be on the same scale without being equally strong. Statements such as the one from Tsukihime Tsuushin-R need to be taken into account as well:

Original One is it's own category and it's associated with the ability to increase Lifescale above an opponent so they probably have the same traits. They should be relative for sure.

Makes me wonder what other things CM was capable of when his potential vessel this OP.
Rainbow Mystic Eyes which should be as broken as MEoDP, as the only other known Rainbow Eyes. Arc inherits this in her AE state.
Crimson Moon's main goal was to incorporate himself into the system of Earth and as per KT Arcueid was always presented as the ideal for that, born only after his death through a method he had given up back then. With Altrouge being an alternative approach.
Arc is basically CM++ since she has the same traits as CM while deriving the benefits of the Moon and Earth potentially speaking. Though that says nothing about how strong CM was in his prime, I just think the potential is greater in his "new self".
The main question is whether CM has the same Principle Arc does.

There is one other pair of known Rainbow Eyes. Its ability is unknown.
My guess is that CM doesn't. The blood-sucking trait was inherited from him, and in Remake, blood sucking is a way of sharing information.
Based on that, you would think the blood sucking is an inherent part of CM that had to be passed on. An essential trait that makes TAs his children, so to speak. So I would like to think his principle has more to do with the flow of information rather than the compression of it.

The Rainbow Eyes that Trisha saw with her future sight were just Rainbow Eyes that Heartless had prepared in case things went south during the auction. She saw them through his Mystic Eyes. They're never described only mentioned.
