And now I just feel silly. At least I didn't argue the case any further.

Still holding onto my opinion to some extent when it comes to certain Skills, especially ME. It just doesn't seem right to me otherwise, given that the degree of sanity and the level of intellect seems to lessen as the rank goes up, but almost all EX-ranked ME's usually have a single obsession/complex but are otherwise close to sane (or at least seem sane-ish). There's also the weirder cases (which admittedly are outliers) such as Gilles, Raikou and Penthesilea.
Exceptions from the usual way of things are, of course, rare (and mostly ME-related).

For ME, EX is where they are so insane, they actually manage to circle back around to the other side. Flatt described it in similar terms when describing Jack, and I believe he used two negatives multiplying to make a positive.

To everyone still complaining about Louis Cyr's EX Strength, I would like to direct you to this post here specifically addressing that. To boil it down, His strength is NOT based on his greatest feat, but instead on all of his feats of strength combined (lifting 2 tons ten times equals 20 tons of strength). and if you still think that it it is a weak explination, I direct you to here. The grand total of a persons life combined into an attack would be OP as hell when you really think about it.

I think you're misunderstanding something here.

The question isn't whether Cyr's EX-ranked Strength is justified given the NP you gave him, the question is whether such an absurdly overpowered NP makes sense in the first place for someone whose greatest feat is lifting something that weighed 2-tons. Louis Cyr's strength is certainly mindboggling IRL, but it's a drop in the bucket compared to mythical heroes that can lift mountains and pulverize stone with their bare hands.

Why does he have that. Heracles doesn't have that. Are you saying that this guy had more spectacular feats of strength than Heracles? This is really dumb.

Actually there is a separate HP stat.
CON is probably a combination of HP, stamina, and damage reduction
Like the DND stat. It doesn't just mean one thing.
