The Art of Shipping is as profound as it is dangerous; not for the faint of heart nor the weak of will, it makes gods and devils out of us all.
Right, brainstorming time, tell me what you think about all of this:
for chapter 7:
- fallout of Zafira's encounter with the amethyst owls. The fact that their identities must be hidden is brought up:
- A little Ayako, Rin and Shirou meet, although the latter 2 don't interact.“Our Knight’s clothing might work, but our current attire reveals our faces…” Shamal muttered. “We might have to alter the designs to mask our presence.”
“Well, it’s not like I can just fit you with full body armor to the point that anyone seeing you will think you’re a bunch of vengeful oni’s,” Shirou joked. His smile slipped away as Vita grasped onto his arm, staring at him with eyes that somehow had grown double their size as they sparkled at him. It was almost like a child looking at her parent after being promised the greatest birthday present ever, only for them to keep it out of reach.
“There should be another way to mask you presence…” He hesitantly continued, his attention drawn by the terrifying sight that had clung to his arm. Vita’s lips were trembling as she pouted at him, the sight making a cold shiver run down his spine.
“I….I’ll go see if I can dig up some designs…” He gave in as the girl smiled at him with the brightest grin she had sported in weeks.
- Chrono meets Graham.
- Rin goes tsuntsun on her jewels after failing to track down the trespasser.
- A red ghost goes bump into the nights of Fuyuki
- Signum "Onee-sama" .
- Off-planet archery, experimenting with tracing goes boom.
- voiceless mirage of the tome
- That which is carved into the foundation of the shed.
All of this is just randomly taken from my pile of ideas. The chapter should span less then a year, ending before Shirou moves into his second year of Highschool.
Illya is best servant
- fallout of Zafira's encounter with the amethyst owls. The fact that their identities must be hidden is brought up:
That little blurb was golden. Some full body armor would be good for concealing them though. Granted, I doubt some, read: Signum, would appreciate being stuffed into Super Sentai outfits. Perhaps something akin to medieval plate?
- A little Ayako, Rin and Shirou meet, although the latter 2 don't interact.
Hmm... This has a lot of potential for future friendships and general adorableness. Ayako becoming friends with Shirou would mean her meeting Signum and having a third member of the archery rivalry.
- Chrono meets Graham.
This could be really good for developing Chrono into... less or more of an ass when he meets up with the Fate side of things. But it might be a good way of covering the loss of the twins.
- Rin goes tsuntsun on her jewels after failing to track down the trespasser.
I'm a bit lost on how this could go at the moment. Sorry.
- A red ghost goes bump into the nights of Fuyuki
Vita is Batman? Though using Vita as a means of scaring the less reputable denizens of Fuyuki to death is in interesting thing. Plus, she could gather quite a bit of intel while diverting attention away from, say, Zafira's patrols.
- Signum "Onee-sama" .
Ohh... The possibilities are endless here. Especially for Shirou/Signum tease. Imagine a rosy cheeked Signum catching a glimpse of how well her "Otouto" is growing up. No... She mustn't. Its a forbidden romance... She then melts as Shirou puts his hand to her warm forehead and asks if she's feeling alright. Her mind cannot fight off her heart for long. Ahhhn~*shot*
- Off-planet archery, experimenting with tracing goes boom.
This would be a good way to get some more Shamal screen time. And to further explain how The Book of Darkness and Avalon are interacting within Shirou.
- Voiceless mirage of the tome
More Rein is always welcome. And you could use this to actually let her and Shirou interact a little. Even if its non-verbal.
- That which is carved into the foundation of the shed.
Begin preparations for the Grail War? Or research into what it could be?

An early summoning? Or are they just taking a closer look aobut the shed? >_>
Can't say I quite know what the ghost would be, but I may just not be thinking hard enough.
Signum/Shirou Archery competition? Sweet
All in all sounds good to me.
EDIT: ^
I kinda just figured it'd be schoolgirls fangirling over Signum... didn't think of Shirou saying it >_>
Old Iron said everything I wanted to xD

Oh wow, I kinda forgot that Shinji is popular despite being a jerk.
